Once again the reality of their trading defies the mkt treatment of share price

Would not be surprised if this was bought out.

They say they are experiencing increased order flows which can only help the recurring revenue grow.

Generated 500k in last period. The rest of the Matsoft money came from existing cash pile. Reoccurring revenue but sadly a lack of growth. Barely enough to cover expenses over the period. It's difficult to move away from selling products to concepts.

Well on the face of it they generated £1.7m of cash to pay for Matsoft. Recurring revenues supporting shareprice IMO Looks like cash improved £0.5m since June 19

I'm with you Platts - as a medium to long term proposition this should thrive. The Brexit disruption is but a blip that is likely to switch in completely the opposite direction with a commensurate surge in share price to a more rational level.

The CEO in September 2019:

"the group enters the new year in a healthy financial position, combining growing recurring revenues with a compelling proposition in a significant growth market"

Also remember that the NHS is a large customer of Netcall, and in the coming UK elections there are big promises of government cash flowing into NHS coffers.

Yet the price is down.

Bailed out of this and got my money back. Chart really does look ill.

Potential support at 20p, that goes back to 2012.

The fall from 70p has decimated interest.

Sadly stocks like this are subject to tremendous volatility from the often modest day trading that focusses more on share price movement rather than substance.

Markets are surging up, certainly in the usa, and netcall is dead money.
A 'show me' stock.
The company seems to provide few news releases about developments: so you have to wait 6 months before a sign of life for the long suffering shareholders.
4.6 million shares were traded last week with minimal effect.

I don't understand why there were no directors purchases after the last set of results. Its as if they are planning an acquisition and are hoping to get a bigger stake in the company via a cheap placing to fund an acquisition.

The lack of buying and the big sells a week or two ago makes me wonder if someone got the heads up.

The results were good. So I can only conclude they are looking to make an acquisition.

Do not just get out of jail, wait till you show a decent profit. It will not be long before you do imo.

Have a good weekend.

I think the 8 million shares traded two days ago were on the buy side.
So we are on the way up- these familiar cycles with the company keep repeating.

Hmmmmm, bit of a bounce but the real test will be 30p if we can get there. Relieved to see it moving in a positive direction. It's a start.
