Ok-
I look forward to hearing if the AGM will reveal how the situation is developing for the company.

Feel free to sit back and contemplate your mistake privately.

I've been invested here for many years and have a seen tremendous increase, even at these levels - it's always yoyo-ed as do all smallcaps, despite the Company's consistently excellent management and performance. The share price will bounce back once more when the TSs and results continue to demonstrate impressive growth and most importantly financial robustness.

Keep your nerve - nothing has fundamentally changed apart from an share price subject to mkt vagaries.

I retain an interest because I failed to sell it at 72pence! Not smart.

and yet still you retain an interest - it clearly must be nefarious.

I don't think a 46% collapse (so far)is just a retracement.
With hind sight which I don't have, I would have sold out at 71p!
70p held a trend line from May 17 to June 18, and I was anticipating the company breaking out upwards- not rolling over.

I'm amazed you're still holding Platts given your gloomy outlook.

LBO, yes we have seen this before although I suppose given the impressive share price rises of recent times the retracement is more painful, albeit a temporary phenomenon.

Did it not fall similar from peak to trough in 2015 and 2017 and if you held from 2008 then you would still be up 400% even if you had not traded any during the peak to troughs

I have held netcall for 10 years so I know how it can move up and down.
We are also in a market that is having a major correction.
Still from 71p to 43p is quite a fall: 40%!

You might have noticed another significant issue dominating the news recently that has given the mkts further cause for downgrade. The most recent trading statement was very bullish (Netcall have a history of delivering results in line with TSs) and the reduced profits were quite reasonably explained by the expenditure on acquisitions. Netcall, unlike some peers, have steered a very steady course always maintaining a rational level of indebtedness or cash in hand.

I have no doubt that the share price will bounce back once the mkt is once again shown that the strong growth story is continuing healthily. Not unreasonably there have been share price dips due to profit-taking by some major holders; however, the impact of this is really milked by the mischievous MMs.

Do you know when the AGM is and what the company is saying.

I have held netcall for years bur this plummet feels a bit different.

This share is rock-solid; sadly, such smallcaps are open to mkt manipulation that is no reflection whatsoever of performance.

I've been invested here for years and have witnessed the unfounded yoyo effect but have always been reassured by the actual performance figures and liquidity of the Company. Fortunately, the fabricated dips always end up correcting and the overall trend continues firmly upwards, despite what speculating bears might wish for.

The recent final results seemed a little bit murky- I don't fully understand the collapse in profit associated with the MatsSoft takeover.
Hopefully the AGM will address this loss of confidence.
