From IC: "brokers WH Ireland and Evolution Securities both expect revenues in the current financial year to treble to £14.1m, and given the benefit of the cost savings, underlying pre-tax profits to more than double from £1m to £2.3m"

Applying to sector x13 (Nuance multiple) = £29.9m (plus £4m cash) = £34m Valuation or 27p per share

I think the IC target is modest and poossibly fails to recognise the synergies that will arise from the acqns.

yes but the IC has a 6 mth price target of 20p so not that much left to go for.

Nuance on 12.8x earnings but broker targets 16x
similar on Netcall would give 19p-24p target

Been trying to buy this today. Impossible in any size.

Good luck to holders, I will keep on watch and buy in any dips. IC are responsible for todays move. Thompson has a great track record.

I only invest for the long term, so am not thinking of selling now. Not sure what has caused today's surge, however.
