He's not the Chairman; he's not the Chief Executive.

The problem is that Clock is trying to warn people who, for whatever reason just don't want to listen. Afraid I'll never understand anyone who wants to invest in a company run by a man with a proven track record of failure. Failure from investor's standpoint anyway.

They may well have cash and no debt but will it last? MNT had millions and look what occured?

looks like it may have further to full if that seller hasn't finished. quite incredible how stocks there are around where prices are being worked to significantly discounted levels in order to encourage an interested buyer.

I sold as got shares via Telephonics deal and have no interest in NET. No critisism, but just not one of my shares/holdings. Suspect might be others like me, which would explain the sells. Best of luck.

The placing has been completed in full. £4.25m at 19p each = 22,386,420 shares. Issue confirmed in 28 July announcement.

The only thing that occurs to me is that the placing wasn't filled i.e. the 19pps was far too optimistic in these times.

As I said may times beware and do not think for amoment that any stock cannot sink into the abyss. History of FLX - MNT - WTV - and even look what happended to the value of TPH.

Well either someone knows something is wrong, in which case I would have expected an announcement from the company by now, or this represents a great buying opportunity.

I'm taking a calculated bet on the latter, and have got in ahead of you, spaceparallax, with 25k at 9.5p.
