I Agree that this a good short term and even a better long term investment the QueueBuster product will became a MUST for ALL call centres. This has had potential for a long time but now they have made their first profit in the last report they should get better and better.

Thanks Ron - all true, I suppose the one bit of new information is the line "in demand among business customers" but that has been fairly obvious for a while.

Mid-30's is not too demanding short term and further with any international developments

Call centre technology provider has moved into profit because of increased sales and reduced costs.

Its QueueBuster software enables people phoning call centres to be rung back rather than have to wait for an agent and is in demand among business customers.

The company has also boosted its cash position from £200,000 to more than £1m. Shares currently trade at 25p but could go higher and investors should buy.

A good day today - I wonder what caused this - must be a biggy somewhere. :-))

Must have been tipped given the volume. Some tech sheet no doubt. Information most welcome..

Up 6% by the end of the day - silence is golden but quiet boards are always a good place to start.

Must be a deal somewhere with a little insider buying perking this one up.

Breakout - a very quiet board a a tech share that has massive potential.

A lot of small/medium techs are flying in this sector and NET at last seem to be catching the wave.

Another 4% day making an impressive 3-4 day gain.

I also thought the interims looked excellent - such a thinly traded stock and not on many radars that it may have slipped through.

Been holding for a while now and happy to continue. Its all about this "traction" in world markets that is the key.

Not sure what happened today but last week's interims made good reading...

- the first net profit for the company in its current guise as a
telecoms business

- the haemorrhaging of cash seems to have ceased

- high quality customer list (Barclays Stockbrokers are offering call-back
within 20 minutes - presumably using Queuebuster)

Hi. Does anybody know what happened today. There are two 250k trades on Netcall (NET) which i assume are buys (Comdirect not clear) and the shares have started to rise. The company was a long term good value recommendation from IC on 4/2/05 at 20p. Is there news?

I'm not sure that this is the correct thread for Netcall PLC. However, I agree with your thoughts.

This is the first net profit for the company since it switched its activity to telecoms many years ago. The high quality of the customer list is encouraging and with QueueBuster now achieving such credence, sales will hopefully accelerate.

Interims out ... small profit and understated optimism looking forward. Language of release suggests that things are going very well.

Well, the tech guy at BT who said he would increase the gain
now says it wont improve it... and he hasnt done it.

Still a mystery.

People say that Broadband improves if you ask BT to "increase the GAIN"

Anybody tried this ?

We've asked for it, should happen within 24 hours...

I think 60p is not too unrealistic if the "global" expansion takes off. Expected more US deals though. Without them 60p is a no go.

Good to see that Bang has the drive and the belief.
