Results look very solid and, probably of greatest importance, demonstrate their continuing performance. I'd be surprised not to see 25p by the end of the week.

Thanks bygadsir. Hope the results are good enough for us to hit the 32p target.

Mangal,
Mangal,

Tom Bulford is the respected editor of " Red Hot Penny Shares " - he has
a HUGE FOLLOWING.

Forecasts are as follows -

Turnover Pre - tax profit Earnings
------- ----------------- --------

2006 ( Est.) £4,100,000 £800,000 1.1 pence

2007 ( Est. ) £4,900,000 £1,000,000 1.5 pence

There are apparently 66,100,000 shares issued. Twelve month target
price is 32 pence.

This share was recommended by Tom Bulford today.
SP up by 15 % as everyone rushed to the 'phone - will wait a while.

Looking at how far this has come down, there is huge potential here.

It's the intrims tomorrow; Seeing the rise today, I expect the results will be good.

Results on 6 Feb - hard to see them being poor, following the recent CEO BUY.

Rather surprised to see this drifting - we don't really seem to have any seen any benefit from the CEO's recent purchase. I suppose it's just typical of this type of smallcap.

Presumably, we're due notice of results before long i.e. 2-3 weeks - with this I would anticipate some sort of brief TS, which should be sufficient to fuel a serious rise. The chart looks IMHO to be preparing for a big leap.

Ha, the Market seems to be waking up to the Director Buy - perhaps we'll rise again to a new 'high'. Currently, PERs are only 15 for FY07 and 11 for FY08 - offers plenty of scope for this share.

PS. I've posted on this thread because for some reason Agincourt has blocked me from any threads originated by him.

The last results were impressive:

Financial Highlights

* Turnover up 11% to £3.13million (2005: £2.82 million)

* Hosted services growth of 102% to £1.33 million (2005: £0.66 million)

* Gross margin increases to 86% (2005: 83%)

* Operating profits before exceptional items increases 180% to £0.42
million (2005: £0.15 million)

* Profit before tax margin at 12.5% (2005: 5.6%)

Operational Highlights

* Revenue from distribution channels achieving strong growth

* 5 consecutive 6 month periods of hosted services revenue growth

* Broadening of customer base

* Strengthened management team

At 30 June 2006, the Company's cash position increased by 31% to £1.82 million,
(2005: £1.39 million).

In short, the company is making increasing profits and has enough cash in hand. IMHO The share price will move up when the interims are announced early next year.
