Admission of shares to AIM
NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE:NEO) (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to the acquisition of Optimal Payments and the associated financing arrangements announced on 20 January 2011, application has been made for the admission of 5,367,378 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective on or around 31 January 2011.
Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 125,288,331 ordinary shares in issue.
