15/8/2024 09:48 | ProfessorAIM - There is nothing wrong here at all. It follows the usual AIM/smallcap launch. The shares are listed in a blaze of glory with billion pound investment funds climbing over one another to gain a slice of the cake. The reality is there is only one source of money - PI hard earned cash, otherwise why list? why not remain private where you hold 100% of the cake and all money you invest comes back to you. | pwhite73

15/8/2024 09:31 | gasman10 - "White do you know about the $1 billion F9 fund or its broker AUO. Or Quinton van de burgh?" It's meaningless. From the company's website. "Percentage of Shares in Public Hands ▪ The percentage of shares held in public hands is 72.96 %" The directors, financial backers and those associated with the company own only 27.04% of the shares. The remainder is owned by PIs. Why would you be injecting $1 billion into a company for which you owned only 27.04%. The other 72.96% would be the main beneficiaries of your investment. If PIs own 72.96% of the company then its only right and proper they put up 72.96% of the finance. This is exactly what will happen via placings. | pwhite73

15/8/2024 08:04 | tomboyb - Yes I remember the EEE conversations like yesterday. With enough positive RNS's companies can pump and pump defying logic. This is what EEE were and are still doing. However fundamentals and reality eventually begin to kick in. The stock has dropped from 12p down to 7p in two months and will continue to drop further as the market catches up with the fact that EEE does not have the finances to turn Pitfield into a commercial venture assuming the assets they boast about are even there. I maintain my stance. KEEP AWAY FROM EEE. | pwhite73
15/8/2024 07:56 | When EEE started to go up you went very quiet from the 1.65p levels - I personally thought you were buying although I could be wrong - | tomboyb
15/8/2024 07:51 | Pwhite you do remember the negative long conversations and your warped logic at EEE when the share price hovered around 1.6p - Long conversations that simply did not make sense - The net outcome was 1.6p to well over 12p - | tomboyb
15/8/2024 07:48 | I haven't read all of NEO's RNS's but here is a question for you all. Does NEO or any of their joint venture partners have a National Nuclear Regulator Certification. This is needed as uranium is a radioactive material. See the RNS today from Kazera Global Plc. "In June 2023, whilst arranging test samples for interested off-takers, the Company identified that certain elements of the sands were radioactive. This required all mining operations to be suspended whilst necessary infrastructure and procedures were put in place to comply with the NNR's requirements for certification." | pwhite73
15/8/2024 07:45 | gasman10 - "White you are here to bash the stock" Its seems you've learned nothing from what I taught you over on the VAST thread. The only basher of these companies are the companies themselves. If they are loss making they have to take the money you invest to remain a going concern or they go bust. If there were no share bulletin boards the shares of these AIM/smallcaps would still drop due to discount placings. What you need to learn is timing not investing. | pwhite73

15/8/2024 07:39 | PWhite got EEE completely wrong - at 1.65p - | tomboyb
15/8/2024 07:34 | 1savvy - "My point is that there will be no sudden offer of shares by a broker at a cut price to rip off current holders" I strongly disagree and its happening before your very eyes. The shares are not falling because of sellers the shares are falling because the MM are giving investors the opportunity to purchase new shares at a much lower price. | pwhite73 |
