I recall reading or hearing that the 31 March target was likely to be missed by only a few days, and was therefore somewhat surprised at the announcement of 30 April as the new deadline. For NCCL, it seemed like an uncharacteristic excess of padding.Would not be in the least bit surprised to see the JDA announced next week. I don't see them running it up to the 30th.

Does seem a panic drop. Market makers have picked up some cheaper shares. Does move fast up and down this share as it’s iliquid

MM drop the bid, people panic sell. More went into sticky hands today ahead of the new ISA allowance next week. So now that clearly distressed 500K dump is out this is free to move up over the next few sessions.
