It's only the 19th October. The interim statement clearly stated they "anticipated" the loan restructure documents being returned by the end of October. Any early update on that issue probably won't be issued until sometime in November. The 'agreement' then has to be presented and ratified by Liberum Capital who are acting as advisors on behalf of the rest of shareholders.Subject to everything being fine there, it then gets presented to AIM regulators for final approval.According to Hanno the MOU/letter will be signed by a new chairman/ceo appointed to head up EDM and there hasn't been any news publication announcement to suggest that post has yet been filled.

But we still have no update on the loan or the support letter from EDM as alluded to on the 1st Oct.

CWO, well if it is Mr Fletcher, he certainly isn't hanging around now. Certainly looks like a sustained buyer given the 100k blocks going through. GLA, this is pretty much the only share I hold at the moment which is a bonus given the tanking market!

AIM tanking like no tomorrow but NCCL getting bought up. Can't buy with IG, but that may be because of the wider market. I have a hunch that either there is a big buyer or this is a bit leaky!

Lindon, sorry, Dontay I see you are again taking this opportunity in the absence of an update re the SHL and AFC to sow some seeds of doubt, strange behaviour for a supposed shareholder, as I had suggested previously if you have concerns why not contact the company? I have done so and am more than reassured with the response. But I guess you won't.

Down to 6 - 6.5p now. Right on the brink of some promised fantastic news that's gonna send the share price shooting up to at least a 10p base price... I wonder why that is?

I have just put the clown on filter. AFC have supported NCCL through thick and thin and are a reputable company investing in their African heartland for the benefit of its people.
