Mike I would have to point to the naive optimism of the earlier announcements, evidenced by the incongruities/inconsistencies in the timetable adjustments. Couple that with an objective view of the 1 month and 3 month charts. The market is twitchy about this and so am I.Still holding, but twitching.

i think most of us will be feeling slightly twitchy, but what are the indications to the contrary you refer to. Apart from imo the board underestimating the intricacies of this deal and the original timescales being massively overestimated, there doesn't seem to be any indication that this won't happen. After all there has hardly been any mass sell offs to be worried about.

Timeline has been signposted and all parties are at the table, once the time table has been agreed unanimously then the rest is just a matter of course and try building a decent position when that news drops.
