Nonsensical projections here. It takes time and money to build up sales of anything from scatch - and where is the market ? Original scheme was to ship to Indian steel industry via dedicated rail line but nothing came of either. High coal prics almost certainly won't last once global oil and gas markets settle down. So no funding for any major operation from any major source. Scope for small local market maybe. And to think an 'in ground' 'value' of the coal will ever be reflected in a share price or be sold for that, is a naive kindergarten fantasy fairy tale. NCCL's value is solely in the solar business.

10% of gross revenue from sales of coal would bankroll a lot of solar projects. Is that a reasonable figure? I honestly don't know.I wouldn't have a problem seeing 200M USD flowing into NCCL every year. Some dividends would be appreciated after this long buy and hold!

Bear in mind NCCL want a JV with a mining co.. we therefore wont get £2.3bn a year but it will be interesting to see what a mining co will pay us as a JV buy-in and what the JV struture will be.. a simple royalty basis / ton or shared percentage of the mining income and expenditure.

I suspect the former royalty basis will be preferred so NCCL can expand the solar side further without needing to manage a mining operation.

So the big question is how much will the buy-in be? what length of contract and what £ per ton royalty?

With the permits in place and hopefully just an update to the existing paperwork required, negotiations can start anytime so I'd imaging any serious miners will already know all about Ncondezi and will be keen to get this deal done.

When NCCL was admitted to AIM they had only had a JORC of 1.8b tonnes of which SRK confirmed economic potential for 10m tonne pa export of thermal coal. Today that JORC is 4b tonnes! Check hxxps://www.ncondezienergy.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/218061ncondeziclean-1.pdf for evidence of the SRK report.

Today coal is at $270 per tonne so even if we use the old 10million pa figure then that alone is £2.3b a year!!!

Currently Ncondezi is only £4m mcap and when looking at the coal asset alone thats for sale/jv and was confirmed in yesterdays interview that it is all permitted and could go into production in 6-9 months. There will be a lot of interest in this asset which i expect to enter into a bidding war!

Then on top of this the new solar project!

The upside here is beyond our wildest dreams!
