Well - plucked from what the market is saying at the moment...it seemed to settle there yesterday once those who'd had enough vacated.We've seen before the rise that can occur when it looks like coming together, so sitting at 2p now isn't too much of a concern for me personally.More concerning is if the next escape from the noose means wipeout for the small holders!If cat o nine lives NCCL can pull it together, who knows!

And what do you base that on or did you just pluck that figure from the air? Think the LTH and institutional investors who extended the loan are better placed to gauge what the company is worth don't you?

My hunch/hope is they were waiting for the SEP advance to come through before tapping for the OH cost piece and loan refi. The clock ran out and the dry reg required RNS had to come out.If they can get the advance closed, that will give everyone confidence that SEP are still active and potential make for slightly more gentle terms. Again my hope is there is still some crumbs left - and all parties are operating with 'best intentions'2p is prob best can hope for until they can sort it all out as it is on a knife edge, which where we've been for a while...

Kibes if they raise the capital via a shareholder loan then there will not be any additional shares issued will there? I would imagine the II AFC given their 22% holding would stump up a loan for a measly 300k.The BOD don't want to issue more shares, that's evident.

Whether a placing, open offer, rights issue or convertible loan, the issuing of new shares is now guaranteed. That is what 'raising additional working capital' means. They should have done this before.

There won't be a placing for the 300k they need for overheads, CLN or a loan from shareholders again. If they had wanted to do a placing they would have done so at 10p. Give it a rest boys. There won't be a placing, certainly not to detail for 300k.

Shareholder loan extends to September. Clearly they were waiting for a certain signature and didn't allow enough time for deals. SEP agreement by EOM I would imagine if not sooner.

Next stop is zero from there - if you're gambling around these levels 1-2p is good times.More prudent gambler, if there is such a thing, would wait until June before placing a stake...
