Tilts - Glad to see you in there. As you will have seen, I've bought into both NBPP & NBPS. In these bizarre times the GRYs between 4.4%-5.4% are a useful replacement for the redeeming BBYB.

Pg 17 lists investments at Fair Value - says total $1069.5, so I guess you can do the maths? But it as at 29/2/20 so prob down (much) more since then.

Impossible to say what the current NAV might be as requires declarations from a host of managers. For a pure guess I would say c850p, ie down c40%, so a discount of 24.7%.

NBPE today declares an increased semi-annual dividend payment on the Company's Ordinary Shares of $0.29 per Ordinary Share, to be paid on 30 August 2019.

On an annualised basis, this dividend payment represents a dividend yield of 4.2% based on the London Stock Exchange closing price of GBP11.18 ($13.86 at GBP/USD exchange rate of $1.240) on 15 July 2019.

In line with its long term dividend policy of targeting an annualised dividend yield of 3.0% or greater on NAV, this payment represents a yield of 3.1% on the 30 June 2019 estimated NAV of $18.72.

30 June 2019 NAV per Share of $18.72 (GBP14.71) increased $0.29 (GBP0.09) from $18.43 (GBP14.62) 31 May 2019 NAV per Share.

That was with Cable @ 127.34....now @ 125.2 the NAV is up to 1495 and the discount up to 24.4%. Way out of line against their peers. A quick move to 1150 beckons...

Hard to see share price falling while they are buying back, and with potential for further uplifts looks very good imo. I continue to hold.

WOW! - A large revaluation for the April NAV - up 3.6% to $18.57, that = 14.62 at 1.27 exchange rate. Takes the discount up to 24.4% at the improved 1105p.

Made a small top-up at 1093.5p this morning...

Pleased to see a chunky buyback. Good thing to as these are rather undervalued versus their peers at 22.6% discount versus 18.8% average for others; and 15.8% for HVPE:- NBPE & HVPE often move in discount tandem.

Just updated the June NAV, adding an extra 71c. No explanation I can see but good news
