Added a bit more here just under 14. Indeed, apart from 3i, the sector has been whacked along with infrastructure stocks. Here Action is it's largest holding, though only 5%.

Private Equity appears even more deeply out of favour now following the bank collapses; but it has been for some time IMO .

Flyer, I know NBPE less well than others who post here, given the % discount to NAV on offer unless we are heading for a sharp recession it's at least worth monitoring.

Near £13 is last June's low.

Could well do, not far off, I'm happy to buy small amounts as it keeps dropping though, can't predict the bottom.

12 month low at circa £13, although from memory that price was not quite available on the offer.

It was on a much tighter discount than the others (PIN, HVPE, etc) so probably just a reversal of earlier outperformance. Looking interesting though at current levels.

@starpukka. Target yield 3.4% of NAV. 28/02/23 NAV=USD28.09. Target Div USD0.95
Thus @ Offer 1490p, Target Yield= 5.2%

Agree but some weakness in PE share prices only to be expected given SVB. Just before there was a little buying in the sector as discounts seemed to be excessive, that bounce has now being wiped out. The dividend here is attractive as not all IT PEs make distributions. Aggressive share buybacks seem an obvious course of action.

On the HVPE discount, it could be its fairly large venture exposure and lack of dividend, but even so a 50% discount is clearly ridiculous. PIN is on a similar discount, and there are a few others in the 40-45 range all with excellent track records.

I don't understand the NAV discount in HVPE?,
given their record.

Is it their particular reason ..

Yes, hoping it doesn't go back there, but I'm just buying some new holdings, in this, and HVPE a few days ago.

Still trading well above the June '22 low,
that looks like the cycle low point for the share price ?.
