"Rather than presuming, why don't you read the available documents and find out for sure? " Quite. ADVFN trolls is one reason I tend to keep away from this web site.

Rather than presuming, why don't you read the available documents and find out for sure? No, they do not invoice monthly. For current JV ABS, profits are recognised at admission of liability and then cash follows 3-6 months later. Also worth remembering that these are not normal receivables. The debtors are not individuals or small businesses, they are generally massive insurance companies and the payments are mandated by a court order so defaulting on them is a bigger deal than not paying an invoice.

"Under ABS they would either invoice monthly or on completion I presume." ... why not go verify rather than assume. NAH are not in the business of invoicing via ebay for a pair of used trainers .... .. courts give people reasonable but set times to settle. :)

Under ABS they would either invoice monthly or on completion I presume. In either case receivables still seems like a large number on which they would need to keep a close eye. Also with ABS they would be more exposed to bad debt of which there was notably no mention.

The wholly owned ABS looks good, results in line ....... projected earnings in line .... dividend as promised. Some idiot talking about receivables .... hardly a surprise given the move to the ABS relationship .... and different mix of cases - more than happy with results. That said - NHS usually falls on results ... the £3,000 sales at around 120 late yesterday afternoon were mine .... looking forward to buying them back ... in £3,000 lots but with more shares. GLA. ;)

The loss of a major panel provider can only be expected under the new model and I wouldn't view as a negative. NAH will want to keep the most profitable cases in-house so I can understand why a third party legal firm would lose interest.

I don't disagree loglorry1, it just depends on how long it takes to get there and what bumps they hit on the way.

While true WJCCGHCC I think this is all part of the turn around plan. It is worth baring in mind just how enormous future cash flows will be if/when they execute their plan. See this for more info https://www.brrmedia.co.uk/broadcasts/5b9fe070d977613988d2f5ab/nahl-group-interim-results-2018

Massive increase in receivables has got to be a worry.

finncap have downgraded forecasts for 2019 and 2020 by 11% because of the major panel provider exiting the panel.

Yes Chris Mills is a legend. I think his NAS fund has returned 20% returns over a very long period like 30 years its up over 100x long term. Looks very much to me that seller has been cleared here. I think the rest of the stock looks tightly held so any incremental buying now will take it much higher. I've been buying quite heavily (for me) down here. Results soon if they can prove the new ABS model is going to plan this should re-rate pretty quickly.

I wonder if the persistent seller has finally cleared as there’s not the usual DMA offers in the order book.

Amazing clear out of sellers yesterday. 20% of the shares in issue changed hands. I'd expect them to move up from here.
