"Why should ambulance chasers get into that line of business anyway."

From NAH web site:

"The acquisition of Fitzalan Partners in February 2015 was the Group’s first move into an adjacent consumer legal services market. "

.. suggests legal services if I can read write

Another nasty surprise coming. Probably going to close down the estate agency side. That was a stupid investment in the first place. Why should ambulance chasers get into that line of business anyway.

I doubt we'd have two director buys if they knew the business was turning down. Maybe December was just a blip.

as I said ... fact free sound bites ...NAH hit 106p in July briefly bounced up to 120 and yesterday was trading at 110 so with 3p dividend I was effectively selling at 113 ....meanwhile the wider market fell 12% since July ... ... so not twaddle at all ... meanwhile a 5-10 % drop in profits puts NAH still at a 10% yield covered twice with todays fall ....... much of which was already priced in ....Plenty of ADVFN trolls with nothing to say .... Know nothings QED

Not at all ... NAH had flatlined since July so the wider market has not only fallen to catch up but overtaken NAH in terms of falls. That is one reason my own position is now light in NAH .... There is nothing wrong with NAH's business model ... that is why it is being copied .... but NAH needs to adapt to keep ahead of that competition. Now here is some advice .... the internet thikko attacks the person not the post and makes generic meaningless statements like you have just done ....Me I give with interest that which I receive ?

"Amazing timing Keith"

How so? NAH had popped up from 106 in a few days and I was buying back from selling a bunch early in November between 110-114 as the highest price I managed.

... do you think I sit at my desk taking notes from idiots like RCTurner2?

Give me a break - Fake News internet trolling by hedgies and MMs started with the financial markets in 2001.

"RGL doing very nicely, no worries there"

REITs with Brexit on the horizon, and another US led recession looming ?

Good Luck with that .....

RCTurner2 - 08 Jan 2019 - 08:11:50 - 824 of 825 Regional REIT - Targeting High Yields from Regional Property - RGL I have doubled up here today.

A wise man with your voodoo views would thank me for telling him those shares I have no position in ....

You can ask QP about the virtues of Gymn Group and Cenkos.

RCTurner2:

The UK market has been a "sell" since Jul '18 ..... did you miss it ....

.. which according to your logic would be my fault ..... how thick are you?

But I'll do you a favor and I'll tell you what I don't have positions in ...

Cenkos, Gym Group ... and especially RGL ....

I bailed RDI last year at 36p having traded a healthy profit, and was lucky enough to be in Intu when the Hammerson offer came through ....

Anyone still in REIT given Brexit wants their head examining ....

Which would be you .... and I'll wager you voted for Brexit ...

What a plank.

I first read the results as a 5-10 pence drop in earnings .... as quite a shock - but 5-10% is manageable ... implies a 4-5p dividend at year end.

Sold a bunch at 110 yesterday bought half back today.
