There were a whole series of false RNSs leading up to the placing designed to make investors think revenues were rising and they had hit breakeven and the placing was going to be the last. The truth was that revenues were being generated through non core related party deals and shortly before the placing was away the revenues stopped, but the market was not alerted to this as it was all a fraud to get the placing away - securities fraud - raising money on a false prospectus.

The Nomad was no doubt duped about what was really going on at the time, but won't do anything about it now because it makes them look stupid and they want to keep banking their fees plus they will also get a nice cut from the next placing. AIM reg do not care as they are only interested in trying to pretend that they are running a growth market and they can always sweep these things under the carpet later when the stock delists. FCA are useless anyway, but do not regulate AIM stocks as they claim AIM Reg do that.

Whilst MYSQ cannot pull exactly the same trick again, there is nothing stopping them from pulling a different one - Rob Terry showed how to get away with committing multiple frauds for several years and still has not been arrested YET. Eric already has his bolt hole on a tiny island off the coast of Africa secured so he is not worried at all and Piers will no doubt blame it all on Eric when it does all blow up. In the meantime MYSQ has a green light to pull whatever scams it likes and I believe they will be successful later in the year in raising more money on a different false prospectus.

glenkaz & Master RSI work as a team, might even be the same person talking to him / herself. Where you see one of them you'll see the other.

These knife catching rampers will only be here for a couple of days, posting ramps 40, 50, 60 times a day trying to sucker in new money to support their position, then they'll be gone. They know literally nothing about the companies they flit to & from, just relying on the dead cat bounce & a few mugs responding to their own ramping to raise the share price a few points. Soon glenkaz will be telling you all how he made £9K here, £27K there & x amount on this one & you can do the same if you just buy the same shares as him. Pretty despicable really.

My last short (successful) was YEL back in 2007.

For someone who lies all the time on BBs to con naïve mug punters out of their money so he can make a quick and dirty profit by pump and dumping to call me a liar is a compliment.

Have you taken your diminishing ill gotten profits yet? Hurry up they are dwindling fast. Get in earlier to your next pump and dump rather than coming along when most of the action is over.
