The only unethical thing that has gone on, has been the manipulative lies coming from those who have attacked the company. Such as the utter lies posted by the disgraced market manipulator TW and his pathetic cronies. Nothing to do with MySqar themselves. Sadly this has frightened the living daylights out of weak investors, causing a snowball affect in a diminishing share price.

The tables have been turned though. Backers have far more money than TW could ever muster. He's bitten off far more than he can chew and is now losing cash on his shorts. Some of us have done our due diligence; for instance I'm hearing some excellent news including higher revenue and download numbers, which have more than doubled. Eric has already stated publicly, at the recent investor conference, that there is no placing, contrary to false rumour from TW and some buffoons on here.

The bear raiders have lost and are about to lose much, much more.

placing today ? there can be no other reason (apart from some sort of fraud) why the shares have fallen so heavily even with some dubious RNSs to try and stem the fall !!!!

Yoda - mm’s can and do go long or short on stocks, it’s as old as the hills and just another part of the game. If you think they don’t, then you’re in the wrong game.

Downloads = revenues.

Can't wait to see year end figures and comments coming soon which will blow away today's cobwebs of fear installed by the current lying bear crew.

JakNife of course you are correct. These Nomads, most of which are crooked IMHO are aware of an upcoming placing so either sell their shares or short shares and then take part in the placing. If anybody thinks that doesn't happen (and this is why shares nearly always fall before a placing) then they need to sell up and maybe take up religion !!!!

Obviously the MMs concerned had built up their short position before they knew of the placing. There is nothing wrong with doing the maths working out a placing will be needed sometime and allowing a short position to build up. It would of course be illegal if the MMs already had been made insiders on the placing and then built up a short as that would be insider trading and that never happens on AIM.

In order to make a market MMs have to take net short or long positions themselves all the time. I expect MMs are quite comfortable being in fairly small net short positions on MYSQ, they would be less comfortable having net long positions.

Another letter to AIM reg which will most probably be completely ignored. But at some point AIM reg are likely to do one of their covert assassinations on MYSQ to sweep the embarrassing truth under the carpet.

Yoda, Yes they do seem to be well regarded In Myanmar as confirmed in the latest deals, as the go to firm for local web content and software, the software side should pick up again now that they can re-allocate resources to it, hinted at by Eric in the LSE meeting.
