05/1/2021 09:12 | Yes and with such a high portion of the shares notified, there's hardly anything available. One piece of news or a notable mention and this could rocket due to lack of shares in circulation. | apfindley
05/1/2021 08:21 | Into the 20's pre news would be most welcome! I do wonder whether we'll see another TR1 from Corsie or perhaps from someone else, yesterday was bought up very well. | aimbagger
05/1/2021 08:18 | Yes all about supply & demand at the moment - hardly any shares available and (increasingly) tightly held, which will drive the price up further. But would like to see update on potential investment / reverse acquisition as 2020 expectation was not met. | mister md
05/1/2021 08:11 | Looking good this morning, 16p paid, let's see if we can have a run up to 20p. | aimbagger
04/1/2021 13:11 | Brief cool off and buys now coming back in... reckon we go again this afternoon. | aimbagger

04/1/2021 09:37 | Richard Corsie MBE @CorsieRichard · 3h Shell companies are speculative but can be hugely rewarding if a blockbuster RTO can be secured. Shareholders get the opportunity to vote at a GM once a target Co is recommended by the Directors. Having 10% of the Shell Co can be very helpful at that juncture. #justincase #must | euclid5
04/1/2021 09:35 | Looking great, still only £1.3M Mcap! | aimbagger

04/1/2021 08:18 | Nice way to start the new year, spread tightened significantly. NT to buy and first quote you can get is at a premium of 14.5p! Could see a swift move here. | aimbagger
04/1/2021 07:22 | Great to see Richard now over 10%. Free float is non existent... now around 87.5% of shares with significant shareholders. This will move very fast on any decent volume. | aimbagger
04/1/2021 07:22 | What can he possibly know though?? | richardjohn10
04/1/2021 07:10 | RNS - Corsie holding over 10% now | mister md
02/1/2021 08:47 | Looking forward to seeing what the co. land in 2021! Think an RTO is the most likely outcome with a big increase in companies looking for a clean vehicle to list on the stock market. Mustang is main market listed.https://t.co/ | aimbagger
01/1/2021 21:01 | Mustang has been tipped as one of Share Talks 20 stocks to watch in 2021! Might put this little gem on a few more radars:https://t.co/ | aimbagger
01/1/2021 10:40 | Happy New Year ijd, looking forward to seeing a deal materialise here shortly, remember the company are targeting a transaction with a value of between £2-50M, current Mcap just £1M! | aimbagger
01/1/2021 10:34 | Hopefully this wont be a SPAC for too much longer. Happy new year to everyone and here's to Mustang completing an RTO this month. | imjustdandy
01/1/2021 09:55 | Historically, SPACs haven't had the highest returns for investors. In fact, they were once considered a last resort when it came to raising capital. But in the last few years, SPACs have ramped up their game. According to a recent report by McKinsey & Company, there have been three significant changes:Improved track recordIn 2020, more than 90% of SPAC deals closed. That's a notable improvement compared to previous years-before 2015, at least 20% of SPACs liquidated.Bigger in sizeThe average SPAC trust size is 5x larger than it was a decade ago.Well-known participantsSome high-profile investors have jumped on the SPAC-train this year, which has helped generate hype. While some experts are expecting the popularity of the SPAC to continue in 2021, it's still early days. So it's hard to know for certain if SPACs are back for the long-haul. | aimbagger

31/12/2020 07:27 | As this was raised previously and even though it's a standard clause, I posed the question to a director. The response I got was:"We'll announce anything as required & when appropriate. Safe to say all main shareholders are supportive of the current strategy & therefore any potential wind up is hypothetical only. It's not an uncommon clause to have for SPACs or similar vehicles & is rarely ever implemented"The company will not be wound up! | aimbagger |
