It's found support on the chart at this level as well, all MA's are congested around 11p, MM's also wanting massive premiums for 75k shares, quoted 15.7p.

Bought 38k back this morning, ssh now hold 85% of the sii! Ff is tiny and with the Mcap at just £1M this could really shift again, people looking at shells at the moment, NAK just did 150% a couple of days ago.

How do you know that, that FE fintech co wanting listing, would need funding to grow & expand - but if the co is interesting and has potential, the market ma like the RTO and re rate us - also depending on what price they do any funding & which large s/holders buy into Must

Well 400k should be plenty to make a stake in a producer. Also if they're looking at a far-East fintech reverse into a london listed shell then they dont need money at this end.

well, looking at the major shareholders list updated on 17th Dec they total 89% of shares in issue (this compares to 82% on the 15th Dec) after the holdings increase RNSs

Shareprice pulled back a bit last couple of days, I added a few at 13.5p - despite the drop I could get a quote to sell my entire holding but to buy anything more than 100 shares had to do a 'fill or kill' and wait for the order to complete.

Lets see what happens by year end

indeed odd that all the recent holdings RNS statements (including another one today) are increases in holdings, so there should be one forthcoming regarding a seller too ?

how do others read that 400,000 trade - being a worked order earlier yesterday, could of been a buy as bid was 14.5p - but we shall see as that amount equates to something like 4.7% of the shares - so we may see a TR1 reduction or a increase

The rns and other correspondence indicates they're wanting to sign a deal, and the clean shell is an attractive entry to the London Market, so hopefully the wait may soon be over.Does corsie know anything, I wouldnt like to speculate but as his holding increases it has now surely gone beyond a punt with throwaway loose change.

It would be good to know why Richard Corsie has taken a reasonably large stake in this? Perhaps 7.73% of a cash rich, moderately priced SPAC is what he regards as a punt?
