New TR1 holder! Has an MBE... encouraging! Deal incoming? Still sub £1M Mcap currently.

Anyone spot this statement in last months results? 50% uplift within 2 weeks if you believe the Directors. The directors are of the opinion the company will achieve a share price of 15p by 31 December 2020, and therefore the Options will vest by this date. The successful acquisition of a target company is anticipated by 31 December 2020 following the expansion of searches for target companies into increased industries and areas, and the share price is expected to increase following acquisition.

Two of the best shells on the market at the moment. MUST and MMM, the latter announced deal pending just last week. Mustang on a cash to Mkt cap ratio looks attractive. £800k mkt cap and £500k cash in the bank. Both could multi bag as shells do.

We've been through this already. The lse site was wrong by 10x and they have been informed and shouldve rectified it by now. There are around 8.4 million shares only.

Company website shows the total number of allotted shares as 8.4m. Many entities getting this wrong, including Sharescope, which says 84.0m shares. Market cap at close today £745,500. Holding a few of these as a punt on what might happen.

Looks like the LSE site has not put a decimal dot in the shares in issue and has them as having 84 million shares in issue when it's actually 8.4 million.

You sure camkite

Biggest shareholder with almost 20% is 1.6 mil+ shares so x by 5 and you get the 8 mil+ shares in issue not 87 mil...

Mcap effectively just £350k now when you strip out cash, unbelievably cheap. Main market listing worth at least £1M+ on its own...

Impatience in play it seems... now an £800k Mcap with £400k in the bank! They don't come much cheaper than this... management not taking any remuneration until a deal is done! Cheap as chips...

Due to such low volumes since IPO its possibly just loose stock from the brokers that they're moving on. I can't imagine there is much left to shift, hopefully makes a move next week.

With such a limited amount of shares left unaccounted for, who is actually selling to allow buyers in, without increasing the price? There's been over 2 million traded in the last 3 sessions (near 25% of issued shares).

My thoughts exactly Yas, I've been researching the company for the past couple of weeks and bought in earlier this week abs set up the thread. Fantastically clean shell/SPAC

Have taken a small punt here recently - await a deal, which, if it were to emerge, would send this vertical.

An insignificantly small looking quantity of shares traded today, however its still over 4% of issued shares. A bit of interest and there could a huge movement here as not many shares in free float to churn.

The award to Shell of the Moment had to go to #MUST a company likely to be steered into the direction of #fintech. The market cap remains below £1m, with the £400,000 in cash @ZaksTradersCafe directors are said to be doing without remuneration until a deal is done.https://twitter.com/share_talk/status/1326911000247984132?s=21

Agreed. Plus they were wanting a deal by the end of December (although probably into the new year now). And due to oil prices they're considering resources , and more likely now will be Fintech due to the additional director who carries with her a proven history of billions of dollars of deals in the far East.

Only 8.4M in issue as well, there's a line of stock to clear at the moment by the looks of it but once bought up the MM's will just shut up shop with none to play with. In the recent interims the company said it was targeting an acquisition with the value of £2-50M so a potential 50 bagger on the right deal! Having directors aligned with shareholders and a supportive cornerstone investor it should be extremely fruitful no matter what. £1M Mcap for such a clean SPAC seems cheap to me. Especially as they have £400k in cash, £2-3M+ prior to a deal would seem a much fairer valuation bearing in mind the main market listing alone is worth £1M+.
