I did not buy this share looking for a takeover. The company has developed some exceptional products that could take them a long way.

Hi All

Not currently a holder but had MSI on the watchlist for a while and just been through the various announcements over recent months to update my guesstimates.

Interested in others views on where FY25 and Fy26 could come out. Any views on:

Fy25: £130m - £140m revenue, 85p-95p EPS
FY26: £150m - £160m revenue, 100p-110p EPS?

Obviously needs some guesswork on what other new business might be won and how the revenue recognition is phased with the various contracts.

Will be interesting to see whether they start to divest the non-defence business units now that defence is by far the biggest part of the story. The other bits are something of a poison pill for acquirors.

Stonehage Fleming held circa 9% of both their “Opportunities” and “AIM” Funds in MSI as of end November and once at 10% I believe they will be forced sellers under the 10% cap mandate of these funds.

It will at least provide some liquidity for those wanting to buy stock and it’s sad for holders of these funds that Stonehage are forced to sell when things are only just getting started.

Again, another reason why retail investors can outperform the market.

I'm using 37.4p diluted EPS for H1 as the derivative liability is going to be all over the place. A £731k loss in the Interims and now a £1m+ profit with modest changes in the exchange rate.

35.9p EPS in H1. Likely higher in H2 so say 75p for FY gives PE of 12 at current buy price of 905p. Include the fact that 30% of the mkt cap is cash and it's single digits.
