Thanks Aladin. The key point for me is the daughter buying 2 mill shares who is obviously close to the company in my opinion and you don't throw away 20K unless the progress is very good

Goodbloke they said restructuring should be complete by the end of July so one would expect an rns with the details soon

Cheers goodbloke I think the bottom line here is that this is a very exciting turn round situation with all the ingredients for serious share price appreciation. You have to do a little bit of research to understand what's on offer, as you have clearly done.We're in on the ground floor here and this could go all the way to the top. Could be some ride!

I guess people are assuming there is an update due as the company gave an update to end of February 2019 previously.

I agree with you hence my comment people ' feel there has been a delay' and therefore uncertainty has led to sheep selling.I can't see anywhere where it says an update is due?

Just a few days ago Smith said thisMporium's Chief Executive, Tom Smith, said:"In recent months the Company has made encouraging progress with its restructuring activities and is now emerging with a revised and well-defined strategy. Moving forwards, the business will be narrowing its focus to specific areas, including the sports and consumer regulation sectors, using the pay-for-performance model that characterised the MporiumX division prior to the restructure."We have every confidence that our leaner business model will drive growth and, ultimately, deliver greater shareholder value, and I look forward to supporting and advising the business as we move into this exciting new phase."That all sounds very positive but clearly these changes need time to work through. I expect the share price to be considerably higher by the year end.Any sniff that the new strategy is paying off and these will fly, imo.

I'm not sure there is any 'delay' in issuing an update, as they've updated the current situation several times fairly recently. That's my view.The restructuring has only just been done and , again imo, I would have thought that there has to be a period of time elapsed before any meaningful news can be given as to how the new management team are faring with the restructured business.Of course, if they issue a everything in the garden is rosy update then I ain't going to object, but it's hardly over due!

The point I was making is people feel there has been a delay in issuing the update and therefore there is uncertainty but they have delayed issuing an update before and the business was doing very well!

I notice their final results which should have been issued in May (according to a previous RNS ) were issued in June.

Buys coming in.It's just ridiculously underpriced.Cash in the bank from recent raise, chairman's daughter buying 2m shares, restructuring that halves overheads, new management, loss making division sold, 'transformational ' deal with Allay, proprietary software that gives real advantages in digital advertising, how much of a buy signal can you get!!!!Fill yer boots time.Check out BIDS, if MPM was valued on the same basis were looking at 7 or 8p!

Thanks for your replies.My initial question related to what I thought were 3 lots of 1.5 mill buys but then realised it was one.I could have bought a million at 1.07 during later session near that time so intend to agree it was a buy.
