Yes, she did, and a well timed purchase by the look of thingsMporium Group plc (AIM: MPM), announces that on 29 July 2019 the Company was informed that on that same day Lydia Pendred, the daughter of Charles Pendred, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and a person closely associated with him, purchased an aggregate of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.006 pence per Ordinary Share.

These fell so far but what we're looking at now is a different animal. Overheads slashed, new management, fully funded via recent issue at 1p and a proprietary and very effective platform for digital advertising that brings something new to the table.Market cap around £12m inc cash of £2m+, that's cheap, imo.

Worth checking out Bidstack BIDS£80m m.cap, tech that provides in game advertising, minuscule revs to date but a lot of potential.MPM, £10m m. cap, revs rapidly ramping up, IMPACT platform, proprietary software to 'identify and leverage moments when there are significant changes in the level of consumer engagement 'Massive potential already becoming reality with Allay deal and sports deal. A lot more to come.

I don't see it as a 'pump' at all.This is a turn round story, the shares have fallen from 5p or so to under 1p and now around the 1p mark.If it's a 'pump' it's not a very good one!The ingredients are there for the turn round, almost £2m raised recently, so certainly no requirement to 'pump' to get a placing away. New management, restructuring to slash overheads, deal with Allay. It's all there and if they deliver on this then the shares will do extremely well from these depressed levels. And if the chairman's daughter wants a piece of the action, why not.MPM can be many things, but it sure ain't a 'pump'. Imo.
