28/10/2019 00:07 | Amir - You're raising everyone's hopes too high only to be dashed. I'm realistically going to say to you folk that this is going to be a long waiting game if this involves HMRC. | sibeks
26/10/2019 23:49 | Even if the vat issue is resolved monsy is needed in Oct as per placing rns, will we have to wait a few weeks for a general meeting if vat resolved | stocktrend2
26/10/2019 19:18 | Tony even if its resolved placing needs to go ahead so they’ll probably issue an rns once this is resolved too | stocktrend2
26/10/2019 18:27 | If the VAT issue was resolved why not put out RNS... I just hope they have held it back so that they can release some material news alongside. | tonytony4
26/10/2019 16:32 | amir they have never replied to emails, have you spoken to them since your last post? | stocktrend2
26/10/2019 15:33 | Thank you for sharing amir......looking favourable. | flashheart

26/10/2019 15:27 | yes it will come back with a bang, the management have had no time to take calls or reply to emails and believe are working very hard to bring this back | amir81
26/10/2019 15:25 | Let's hope that VAT liability has been sorted and Tom has news of some sort to release for the market. Keeping the faith and praying it comes back. | tonytony4
26/10/2019 13:18 | So chanceof this coming back id very high | stocktrend2
25/10/2019 15:27 | well done ff - good find to me this prob settles it but let's see what they say phew - not looking totally hopeless now | yajnas01
25/10/2019 15:24 | I have been trying to get hold of Tom on his mobile but no answer, rang yday and today at their office keep getting told he is busy in a meeting and today he is with the business advisors so alot of activity going on behind the scenes im expecting something next week | amir81
25/10/2019 15:08 | all they have to do as answer a few emails, and all this would go away | crapcrap
25/10/2019 15:06 | hxxps://biddablemedi i wonder if they are still up for 3 awards | crapcrap
25/10/2019 15:01 | CC Nothing is hard to understand. The point is that there has been some confusion over whether they should have charged VAT on their invoices. Obviously accountants thought not as they would have raised it. My point is that it makes no difference in terms of tax raised to the HMRC. Why put a company into administration when there is no financial gain for HMRC? | ff2345
25/10/2019 15:00 | Same here. Either an item is VATable or it isn't. If VAT wasn't charged, re-invoice charging it and pay it to the HMRC in the ordinary way. Then it becomes Allay's problem. | equity growth
25/10/2019 14:55 | if i have a query about VAT i go straight to my accountants then HMRC. whats hard to understand???? | crapcrap
25/10/2019 13:24 | cc Their accountants may not look at the whole supply chain, just the business they are auditing. The Ally 24% charge is the key to all of this. | ff2345
25/10/2019 12:46 | if that email is needed then they should sack their accountants. | crapcrap
25/10/2019 12:43 | Thanks ff although i think after seeking advice they would be aware of this but i will copy and paste and send it too | stocktrend2
25/10/2019 12:40 | Thanks ff good find,if they were savvy enough they wouldnt have got themselves in the mess in the first place you would have hoped.Unless its been an underhanded practice. Lets hope he has the decency to acknowledge your concerns, and reply to your email. Thanks | bullrun1
25/10/2019 12:37 | Ok. Thanks on behalf of all. | flashheart
25/10/2019 12:34 | flash heart Agreed; they should have. However, for them to have got into the mess does make you wonder about their business competency. I also am a bit dubious about the Allay side of things, so may take this up with the VAT authorities if i do not get a reply. | ff2345 |
