I may have been sceptical of this before and versus Somero and the comparisons are still valid.

No one gets convinced against own convictions. In a bull market folks confuse their good luck for brains. Risk becomes all too clear only when you've lost your copper coins.

Ask that for any stock and you won't get a good answer. But of course that question is a loaded one

because probably 1% of private investors have any control over their emotions when they see large market or stock specific falls.

I told tiger how I can no longer get any product produced and ship from China 3 weeks ago. He laughed it off! Now we are starting to see shut downs moving into Italy too. I guess he's still blind to reality, let alone risk !

Ask yourself the question. What would a six month close down look like for the company? What about staff? How would they get paid? How would the company retain those staff who have mouths to feed?

Ask yourself the question. Would you short the stock here?

And if the answer is no, why would you let your emotions encourage you to sell?

I've upped my position towards the close today. Stuff where retail holders are in large profits are often the first to correct downwards (and then often recover).

Do I know this is the bottom? No. If corona gets serious then lots of stuff will be in trouble.

But the risk reward here looks very solid to me to want to make this a good sized position. Not long ago that this was pushing towards 375.

And good point made earlier. Automated healthcare packaging equipment through Lambert is probably not an awful place to be at the moment!

Arregius, can I ask where that statement came from as I've not seen any recent RNS?

Also bear in mind that healthcare and pharma is a massive part of revenues here.

Had a quick flick through last results and Asia Pacific makes up very small part of revenues (and no mention of China at all). Obviously everything is inter-connected in today's global economy, but on first sight this doesn't appear to be too exposed. A statement however would be helpful.

I have added at 300.

Might there be an impact on MPAC? Sure, same with all stocks.

But it's a cheap good'un

If they don't mention coronavirus in the results then I will be shocked. Doesn't matter long term.
