There is no doubt this is an excellent company but this virus is hitting the whole world economy regardless of quality. The harm is coming from factory closures in China, drop in production and bottle necks in supply chain to the rest of the world. The truth, I am afraid, is that no company will escape the China effect - from oilers, miners, airlines to industrials. For long term holders, Mpac will come good once the dust settles and the world economy is back into normal gear and Mpac is one of my favourite stocks.

Remember when I posted this

"Order intake is also variable and sensitive to geo-political events and recent signs of slowing growth resulting in delayed investment decisions."

Capital spending is the first to go in a downturn as it's most discretionary.

Great point. And that would be on top of any extra unforseen organic growth which may occur throughout the next 12 months.

people are forgetting about the new company that we aquired.

There will be 8 months in the figures for last year.

Or put another way there will be 1/3rd to add into current year.
I am looking for net profit of 2.1 million.

Therefore 700k will be extra in current full year. That's about 4p eps
