26/5/2021 20:27 | Jonathan Gold has creamed it The only hope here is that Iclaprim is worth a lot and I mean a lot and they have kept any news back on purpose to announce soon so that shareholders hold their shares. No value for the deferred tax payment of $18 million as far as I can see. Guess nee shareholders will gain the benefit Failing that this is a disastrous outcome (Bruce says he thrilled and its value - amazingly deluded) but I will vote for it as clearly after loads of interest they said they had this is the best deal they could conjure up then you might as well fail well which is what this is all about now. | scottdavid70
26/5/2021 17:27 | Well Jon Gold did well despite his Robin Hood act 2021 Warrants over 2,396,269 New Ordinary Shares at the Placing Price are to be issued to Existing Directors and an existing consultant (of which 2,103,200 of these 2021 Warrants, being equal to 2 per cent. of the Enlarged Share Capital, will be granted to Jonathan Gold) in exchange for forgiveness of all accrued bonuses and other payments that would be due (a total of over an aggregate of more than US$500,000). 1,472,240 of the warrants to be granted to Jon Gold will be capable of exercise immediately upon grant with the other 630,960 of the warrants vesting at 6‐monthly intervals over 3 years. No one else did | scottdavid70
26/5/2021 16:18 | they are targeting antigens CD7 and CD33 these will only be co expressed in about 1/4 of all leukaemia patients. This is still a very large market for a disease with an awful 5 survival rate. | 40 fathoms
26/5/2021 16:05 | The approach that BiVictriX are taking is beautifully elegant. By going after two cancer specific antigens you will almost eliminate any toxicity in non targeted cells. Need to see the details and work out where they are in with the clinical program but this has real potential. Acute Myeloid Leukaemia would seem like the first target. | 40 fathoms
26/5/2021 15:43 | Interesting. | small crow

26/5/2021 14:40 | I like the look of the warrants. | small crow
26/5/2021 14:37 | Consolidation on the reverse takeover 1 share per 220 new shares - wipe out for existing holders much as I expected | catch007
26/5/2021 14:33 | Although it says existing shareholders also get warrants on 1 for 2 basis. Great | pejaten
26/5/2021 14:29 | Great news. 1 for 220 consolidation, with placing at 20p. Wish there was an open offer as well!! | pejaten

26/5/2021 08:43 | Did the last RNS mean to say the AIm admission document would be out “later than May” rather than “later in May” Wouldn’t be the first mistake these Directors would have made in the ‘best interests of shareholders’ is it? | scottdavid70
