Imagine being so arrogant that you fail to get a drug approved and in doing so fail to tell people why significant events like trails and submissions were pulled - you kiss a massive deadline - say that all bases are covered - pay yourselves massive salaries- still ask for a bonus and then still don’t feel you owe the very people who have financed your lavish lifestyle any communication.

Anyone who doesn’t realise that the RNS will be coming today at 4.30pm so that Walbrook and the company don’t have to answer the wrath of the shareholders hasn’t been invested here long enough.The weekend beckons and gives them even more time not to respond post the 4.30 release.

The disdain for shareholders is incredible - RTO’s take 4 weeks we are at 5 weeks and we just needed a audit

No RNS to say things still progressing which makes it fairly obvious that they aren’t in my eyes

Love to see Walbrook getting back to Robblertwo on LSE with Thursday 6th May - the professionalism is astounding on the cusp of the need that Golds finals salary check has cleared - at least they will be back to confirm that

Exactly a year today they raised £650,000

That’s how long it’s taken to move into Jonathan Golds account for no apparent upside for shareholders

On top of the $1.1 million they (Lumsden and Gold) pocketed in years 2019/20

That’s how this ends - they fleece the shareholders and carve out the asset Iclaprim into a company no one even knows how to contact Orange Avenue Technologies LLC- incredible stuff

The deal is off in my humble opinion and jungle rumblings

No willingness from the company ever to communicate and the PR company Walbrook have also gone mute

Funny how the value is coming out after the new company was set up and they make commission on the sale rather than just a salary...

Lots of coincidences aren’t there here and none look like good outcomes for the shareholders who funded Lumsden and Golds lavish lifestyles

Apparently it’s all over - RNS will drop very soon to confirm - it takes 3 business days for the final £25,000 into Golds account to appear so by Friday he will see the last of the fundimoney go into his account and the RNS will drop

Basically just moved money from Lombard Odier in to his account and it all took exactly a year to the day virtually
