I guess the savant President Jonathan Gold needs to delay announcing the end of the road for Motif Bio to at least seem like he earned exactly all of the final money left that was raised last May

Now that would be smart...

Even stranger who you think a RTO can take a mere 4 weeks to complete they saw the future so clearly back then and raised £650,000 to last a WHOLE YEAR to pay themselves

Brilliant strategists these Motif Bio Director’s I tell you

5th May 2020 they raised the £650,000

Almost to the day they saw the future and raised to the pound the PERFECT and I mean PERFECT to the PENNY amount of cash that lasted a year till the balance was ZERO

Uncanny I tell you - uncanny

This that make you go - mmmmmm

So a year ago Motif Bio raised £650,000

They knew nothing of a RTO and how long it would take to find a company and complete a RTO they said?

A year on exactly and the money to the Lund has been spent and yet they knew this was EXACTLY the right amount to raise a year ago when apparently they knew nothing....?????

Something fishy here do we think????

Hard to believe this a total coincidence isn’t? EXACTLY the right amount raised for a year when they were completely in the dark???

Amazing clairvoyance from a company that has only dealt in the exact opposite so far!!!

See they are still quietly occasionally dropping some Iclaprim news line the 2 further patents that they have never explained funnily enough - which is also a disgrace by the way - but now they take 90% of the profits watch the world wind and avalanche of news

But here is a new one on Listeria from March this year:

So push what appears to be a non-existent RTO now 4 months later than originally it should have been done - eat up to the last pound the remaining cash so the ‘cash’ shell is just a shell - make £100,000 extra for yourself - put the one big asset in a new company run by a guy who couldn’t sell it before but now the company takes a 90% cut and who knows how many Motif Bio Director’s are on that Board potentially as know nothing about it - and then close the door on the way out?

Sound about right?

That why my crusade and my book to change how Director’s operate is super important in my mind even if others don’t

If I were Biomarck shareholders every time Lumsden opens his mouth to talk I would cr*p myself - most of the time the opposite will happen

Argh you have finally worked it out Chuffer what the BOD are upto with Orange- good for you

Remember this from the February RNS

“ Motif's Directors consider, after consultation with the Company's Nominated Adviser, that the terms of the Transaction are fair and reasonable, in so far as the Company's shareholders are concerned.”

Fair and reasonable value??? Sure

For example this beauty fdrom
Graham Lumsden on the 6th June 2019 after the FDA catastrophe and the lack of any funding and the company in dire straits financially he said on top of many things

“ We are also continuing our business development activities to position Motif Bio for long-term growth by building a robust development pipeline. In parallel with our focus on iclaprim, we continue to pursue a variety of attractive opportunities in the anti-infectives space, as well as in other key therapeutic areas.”

Pursuing attractive opportunities???? Hahah with what were you going to buy them with Graham? Laughable stuff and apparently his heir apparent is cut from the same cloth

Remember this from the late January RNS:

Jonathan Gold, Motif's President and Chief Business Officer, commented: "The Motif Directors are encouraged by the way the Proposed Transaction is progressing and I look forward to providing our shareholders with further updates and additional information regarding the Target in due course."

No extra information on The Taregt in over 3 months - a RTO can be started a new finished in 4 weeks - does anyone think there was even a Target company? Clearly this RTO isn’t going to happen.

When was the last time anyone at Motif Bio or Walbrook told the truth - the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

Investors have been diluted since Graham Lumsden said all bases were covered by £1,250,000 and nearly all of that has gone on salaries

Hercules have warrants of 121.3 million shares - roughly 25% of the issued share capital of Motif Bio that will expire 27th January 2025 if not exercised before then at 0.42p

Former directors have taken options over shares in lieu of outstanding board fees - shame Lumsden and Gold didn’t do the same - those options are for 1.2 million with an exercise price of 0.24p

Feeling like this was all in hand by our Graham?

Still waiting for the Lamellar tie up update on progress we were promised in 2019

Amazing to think during this ocean of failure he managed to pick up a similar job at Biomarck

Don’t say they haven’t been warned

The hype mad PR around the ‘marketingR17; phase of this RTO is astounding - for want of a better phrase it’s absolute pish

IPO’s have hype - this is the same but investors as they were with Iclaprim are left high and dry by the incompetence of everyone involved with Motif Bio

No excuses for not advertising this RTO - if that is there is one to begin with

Exactly the mentality the Director’s have tried to foster on shareholders who they have failed - something better than nothing - but nothing we shouldn’t be at had they done their jobs well and financially efficiently

They stopped answering tough questions months ago re- Orange Avenue Technologies LLC etc

One last question

If a RTO happens would you be happy to be further diluted to pay Graham Lumsdens Bonus?

I ask because of the £650,000 raised last May as coincidence would have it that the remaining amount is used up in Golds final pay check this month as the AIM admission document has come at the last point where the money has run out - funny that isn’t?

On the 4th May 2021 Jonathan Gold would have been in charge of Motif Bio for a year - £300,000 taken In salary-

Question as shareholders- have you felt that has been value for money?

Remember he potentially will take another £300,000 if a RTO happens

Would that represent value for the extreme dilution you have suffered and will given they have said there will be further dilution?

Got to hand it to them and it's all legalClever syphoning of the main asset into a new company and leaving the shareholders of motif with nothing then getting out and probably high tailing it to the states to maybe do it all over again
