Failure isn’t permanent for our Graham it’s handsomely rewarded. He could even get $100,000 BOJUS for creating this doomsday experience for investors. Laughable stuff really for the worlds worst CEO in my humble opinion

Lord Lumsdens disciples will be rewarded with a place at his feet but not a pound in their pockets after he has s afford the lot himself

Agree Campbell. They are holding on to some delusional thought that Greedy Graham cares in anyway about them and any dissenting voice of the apocalypse he has caused for shareholders should be shut down

I entirely agree with you Scott, the LSE board is full of pathetic delusional luvvies. However, I very much doubt that they will ever be embarrassed or apologetic about their irresponsible behaviour and inaccurate comments over the years, which more than likely influenced innocent and gullible private investors into making bad investment decisions.

LSE worship the deity of Lord Lumsden of he who can do no wrong

Wonder how the luvvies will spin the probable second second delist of Graham’s prolific career?

What a cluster of sycophants on LSE. Embarrassingly easy to be Lumsden with that hoard of Luvvies covering and extinguishing your failures

Imagine trying to unvarnish the varnished truth about what has gone on here? Is that why they were running out of cash so fast?

I see the art of free speech from other investors apart from the Lumsden
Lovebirds is being very shot down very fast by them. Strange people want the facts obliterated and the fantasies to continue to exist. Oh well their date with destiny is nearly upon them

Yes the eyes have widened considerably since the 14th Feb 2019 here. The no clinical trials in the webcast 19th Feb 2019 and then it transpired we need a full new phase iii trail certainly did that!

My eyes have been wide open to everything the members of this "cult" touch for a very long time. These white collar criminals all have great experience of the dark arts and they should have been arrested a long time ago.

What news do you have from inside the cult Campbell48? You have been here since May this year and have posted just 3 times on the Motif?

Have you seen the email ready to post in drafts to switch the lights on the way out?

One Advisory- made millions
Walbrook PR - easily made a million
Peel Hunt - made millions
Graham Lumsden - made millions
Jon Gold - making millions

Zero results so far just decimated shareholders

One great bit of news though is that Lumsdens LinkedIn profile which is a superb piece of fiction will get a new skill added soon no doubt and maybe One Advisory can use him as their delist specialist as he will have achieved that multiple times on two different stock markets in two different countries and two different continents

I am not sure it’s even an educated guess at this stage personally. Nothing has happened to prove otherwise from any of the members of the BOD to date

Agree completely. No other reason for One Advisory to become active and Liam to leave. Tick tock the end of Motif is happening now

The reason Liam resigned is because it appears he is a specialist in IPO’s and RTO’s not delists and we are pretty sure now what is happening here aren’t we.....

Liam O’Donoghue resigned form Motif. Came to his senses just in time for his own reputation to not be sullied by being with this gaggle

Couldn’t agree more Chuffer -

Not only have they not shown one iota of consciousness to shareholders (won’t be good for their next endeavour even if they get an interview after this shower) they didn’t believe enough in their own hype to become shareholders so why make an effort for shareholders if they don’t stand to benefit. Their own personal greed has shown through in all their actions to date

As l have always said with this bunch that any deal if it comes will be one that best suits the purses of the corrupt bod and not the shareholders.
This l believe is why they will leave it to the last moment not giving any time for a counter bid.
Otherwise it will just fade away with some underhand backstreet deal that has already been agreed.

6 weeks to delist

2 Months since we were notified Term Sheets officially signed

Over 66 days since they were actually signed

4 weeks normal for a RTO including a General Meeting

Zero chance that happens

Almost feels like the 12 days of Christmas when my true love (Graham) gave us the final RNS ending this pitiful saga and their reputations sunk once and for all
