These are Lumsdens legacies to Motif. There is no way I will vote yes to anything that allows him further monetary gain even if I lose everything. He should leave now and not behave like Trump

When you look back at the make up of Lumsdens contract and that 2/3rds was based on fundraising you can see the incentive to get through the horrifically botched IPO in New York on the Nasdaq. They even pulled it once as the demand wasn’t there. The ensuing costs of keeping a dual listing burnt the cash even faster which meant further fundraising and more cash for Lumsden. What did investors gain from the Nasdaq listing? In the end nothing but more costs and more dilution.

The fees Kotif have paid the likes of Walbrook and Peel Hunt and share price Angel run into the multiple millions. What do they have to show for it? So far nothing in over 5 years

From term sheet to deal is about 4 weeks no longer from experience Interims on the 12th October saying several companies were at term sheet stage. Therefore term sheet was completed before the 12tb. Either an announcement today or tomorrow or it’s more hot air. This company could keep hot air balloons up for free

Not a chance. Why? Just retelling the story of what’s gone on. If it’s uncomfortable for those who wrote the story it’s not my problem

Some more comedy Gold from Laughable Lumsden....’in the market for new antibiotics’ haha!! The one they had didn’t even work...hey don’t forget Graham BONUS Lumsden should definitely get that BONUS given how much he said came true for ordinary hard working investors https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/amp/media_files/4927

Definitely think when you review that interview with Lumsden about the tie up with Lamellar and news within months from the end of May 2019 which never came he definitely deserve that BONUS of $100,000 if a RTO happens. What investors have had to put up with here is unreal

This is a personal favourite though. Kevin’s Bridges style of comedy. All good news: https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/amp/media_files/7304

Especially like the bit at 2 mins 30 seconds where he says ‘matter of months before we hear’ something on that program about cystic fibrosis. Anyone heard anything???? Of course not why would you. Bit like the IS Army trials. I suggest anyone here ask the company what’s going on with these trials it was a matter of months on the 24th May 2019. Embarrassing stuff

Bear in mind this statement from The Interims when it comes to the former CEO and his BONUS: The re-organisation of the Company, as approved in the November 2019 shareholder vote, has allowed Motif Bio to be unencumbered of obligations related to its former operating subsidiary, Motif Biosciences Inc (the “Subsidiary221;). This has given the Board the flexibility to pursue a strategy of seeking an appropriate Reverse Takeover (“RTO”) candidate for the Company. So if he has nothing to do with Iclaprim by their own admission and we know he has never done a RTO before why is he A) Getting a monthly salary B) on the cusp of getting a BONUS? Unbelievable isn’t?

In future a collective group of disastrous companies will be labelled under the collective noun of simply Motif I could list them all but we know them off by heart by now the long suffering investors

Peel Hunt have pumped and dried this company to date. Good work if you can get it. What value enhancement have they brought since 2015?
