All that money raised in May has certainly benefited shareholders through the dilution we have suffered....super impressive output from this BoD...they are definitely acting in shareholders best interest

So I have achieved exactly the same as the Board have in terms of value for shareholders - nothing Except and a big exception they have trousered millions of your cash and I have made nothing except for keeping their failings current so no one ever forgets Tick up if you are happier with this

Imagine being more annoyed with me than the board of the company who have lost you 95% plus of your money. Weird take

To Motif would please remove the Board who have caused the share price to drop over 95% but are still involved and in the cusp of a BONUS?

Some more comedy gold from our Graham [...] All good news? Remember how the share price reacted to ‘all this good news?” What did they know then?

The company treat you like a mushroom and you feel like they have a plan for Iclaprim that is holding up the RTO. Hope you are right but I sincerely doubt it

Scott - "The whole point of a RTO is it’s quick". In most cases it's quicker and cheaper. But because of the assets here it's not just an empty cash shell, so that means it's not a typical RTO. Because of demand for the assets it seems there's more interest and, potentially, competition between companies which in turn could lead to the term sheet stage taking longer.

Just a reminder for those who hold Motif Bio shares that you have a contractual attachment to what happens to Iclaprim. This is the patent filed in August this year that you have no idea what it means to your investment as you have been treated with contempt all the way along the road and like a mushroom https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2020161284A1/en?oq=WO2020161284

But we knew that we are in the hunt for other antibiotics when we had a burn rate of cash similar to the space shuttle fuel burn rate. Clueless strategy unless Lumsden wanted to use that as way to raise more cash but he was getting paid to get Iclaprim approved right? Oh i forgot he actually was getting 2/3rd of salary paid via the fundraising he did. It all makes sense now the useless IPO on the Nasdaq that hasten the cash reserves and had zero upside for investors who believed his myth

Iclaprim has a new patent in force and investors who have been treated like mushrooms have zero idea of its value

Against a backdrop of this: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-54906483 We have the worlds slowest RTO ever to have to have happened. 30 companies and not one of them wanted to be involved with a company Lumsden was a part of was probably the deal breaker

So why did Chris Wardhaugh and Peel Hunt get involved 7 and 6 months ago respectively? The whole point of a RTO is it’s quick. The several companies who were involved in a potential RTO may as well have done a IPO the length of time this is taking Pathetic

Most people don’t believe you can change the systems, the way things are done but I know you can. The greatest gift the have is the inertia of the masses. Most people spend their lives sitting in their own malaise. The only way to change anything is to access the media who run the narrative of our lives. When you have access to that change can happen as the story is told and the injustices heard properly for the first time. My book and subsequent other outlets are ready to roll when the final chapter is written here.

No wonder they Kobe most investors on here who hold their shares. They say one thing...another thing happens or not at all and investors just accept it. Never been my way or will be. If you say there will be news in a few months like Lord Lumsden did re-Lamellar or no clinical trials don’t you think he should be ultimately held accountable for those statements of fact?
