I have to agree with Fillipe here.

IIs derivative market maker gone this by goolies, they have an audits of cumulative trades and average price.

Only 3 month of money. I think they will start knocking at Bergen or Crede doors now

Somebody needs to call time here. Drug has clinical potential, usage but not with present management.

June/September what difference does it make. Who would give them money to do another set of trials where the outcome is likely to be the same as the last 3. Further at what level? Folk might take a punt at say 1p but what good does that do for current investors.

Raising in August is hard (city on holiday) so probably means raise in June/July.

Take note.And I'd be more inclined to believe this due to historic cash burn..."The net proceeds from the Placing, when taken together with the Company's existing cash resources, are expected to be sufficient to fund the business beyond the expected receipt of the FDA meeting minutes in June.Assuming a viable route to approval, it is expected that further additional funds will be required to resubmit an NDA and reach a new approval date"

Oh dear where is letmepass today.He only follows the hot movers to get on the back of pumps, so after buying motif for a few hours yesterday he then sold at a loss and chased his next company to pump. And he tried to convince people it was good news and the price was worth multiples and they had enough cash in the bank for a year,..how deluded....and then when people read the previous rns they realised he was a LIAR and the company only has several weeks money remaining. Ie, fundraising coming soon for a big chunk of shares.

My feeling is that regulatory authorities all over the world dont have the money or ethics to do the job properly. They dont have the technical expertise.

So rather than being precise and giving a clear steer, they waffle and wait and delay.

Motif dont mind , — youre paying, and FDA provides a convenient excuse for why they need more money.

Looking dire really.Not about the product, but the amount of cash the company burns through, this years delay is going to hurt shareholders with huge billions of shares dilution over the coming year or two.
