This should be a short imo
Doesnt look right - toppy TA - flat PBT% - negative EPS% - why so loved? 80-90p a bit more realistic surely?

I suspect it would tumble but the MMs are blocking with a stock lending charge - which could possibly mean they (or their major clients) dont want to be left holding the baby

DYOR as usual

Voting against the Directors' remuneration report and remuneration policy.

100% vote to approve the dividend though!

Note the 5 million votes cast "against" at the AGM.

It must be a decent share - I don't believe Investors Chronicle recommended it

As I was saying -under the radar. What's not to like? Tasty divi to follow as well.

That dividend seems tailored to suit the Income funds.

That's what I like -solidly run retail outfit, under the radar. Splendid results, super start to the year and awesome dividend. This is going only one way.

Broke the £1 barrier. And with results expected to be favourable on wed 26th, what's not to like?

Testing new highs, steady as she goes. Sit back and let MOSB do the earning!
As near to a stress-free retail stock as one can get.
DYOR of course.

Well, well, Laura Ashley sold their holdings in MOSB yesterday at 84p, a bit too hasty I believe given the optimism of the House Broker forecasts.

As well as the re-rating in play, seems the income seekers are all over this like a bad rash.

Note the upgrade yesterday from broker WH Ireland to target price of 110p, together with the special divi later in the year - should help to keep the upward trend in place.

Does anyone know how much of any equity stake Laura Ashley plc have in Moss Brothers?

Sold this morning as it was only a short term trade, I hope to get back in on any meaningful retrace. I know this goes against my selling but I do see a longer term assault on the 2005 high of 131. Good luck to those who remain in as I'm sure you will be rewarded.

Tell me about it, mattafc! Took my eye off this for too long (not to mention date of update!). Was getting ready to buy into this (and ADT) this morning (from chart point of view, backed up with fundamentals). Well done indeed to holders.

Another assault on the 75p resistance this week; when taken out 90p will be achievable, and results to come in march.

Morning all,I hold this company and have on and off for many years, I work in retail and part of my remit is to look at service levels in other businesses MOSB comes out top every time. The passion and energy within these stores is strong they really have their teams engaged. Combined with a great portfolio and zero debt it has to be a winner.
