Will undoubtedly have an impact but just how much is open to interpretation.

There is enough elsewhere to garner my attention but worth keeping an eye on here.

Yes that's my belief as well and as such I've been accumulating below 200p although not nearly enough in hindsight. Perhaps I'd better put matters to right next week. spud

Interesting story from Sky News today. It claims the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board is lining up a sale of its 30% stake in Compare the Market and values it at £1.25 billion, making the full valuation for CTM £4.2 billion. Given that the current market cap of MONY is only £1.14 billion I will be interested to see what the market makes of the news on Monday. If the CTM valuation is anywhere near realistic it suggests MONY is significantly undervalued.

No, most likely it is to satisfy their obligations under the company's LTIP, just like it says in the RNS "The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan and Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Restricted Share Plan"

Decent set of results. I changed my car insurance through them on Friday - my last insurer wanted a 17% increase and Mony provided a small decrease, so I'd back up what they say about slowing car insurance premium increases.
