History would suggest that they do not know anymore than us.

I suspect they were begged to throw more money in to keep MEN on life support until they can get the GHC IPO away.

I haven’t tipped any more money in here but they have, the question is why?
They must know more than us being insiders?

OilinvestorAl, you did well to sell even at a loss, lot of people are attached to this company and won't let go until they lose it all! Brasso has called it right so far, and believes the end is coming soon! I wouldn't argue against him on that!!

Morning my ex PPC camp mates! First of all , my sincerest condolences on the latest developments! Really sad how this has turned out! I sold out in early part of 2021 so I felt a little disappointed to miss out on Atome! I've managed to get over that since then .... My average was nearly 2.5p in old money (around 500p post consolidation)! I can only imagine what the guys from meridian average's are!!!!Glad I never continued to hold or averaged down or persevered like some of the stalwarts ... I suppose the next questions to be answered will be, how much will Green House Capital Group be valued at IPO, and what percentage of the soon to be listed company will MEN retain.

And then, of course, are MEN shareholders entitled to a dividend, in specie?

We shareholders do currently collectively own 75% of Green House Capital Group.

The $500k was indeed to ensure the fat cats keep getting paid. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, PL also needs to keep MEN alive until the GHC IPO, so he can isolate his stake their away from an insolvent business (MEN).

Over 39,000 barrels for December, All in Eol.

This will keep the cash flow up for President Petroleum S.A., thus enabling further payments towards the US$13 million plus interest, owed to MEN.

This level of production surely will also help when the time comes to start paying MEN 20% of free cash flow generated by PPSA, potentially up to another US$25 million.

Re Schroder's holding; MEN's website has for some considerable time stated their holding as 8.95% but, from 17 January the holding had changed to 9.15%, and today it is 10.4%. However, I have a feeling all these percentages relate to the shares in issue number prior to the fund raise, i.e. 10,365,373. Maybe next week we'll see further holdings RNS's?

Incidentally, 17 January was when I noted the appearance of CF Miton Smaller Co Fund on the large shareholdings list on the MEN website. This holding has not been RNS'd, which I thought would be required.

I do not post much on ADVFN these days.
- Most of my investment money is now in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana these days.
- I have given up on the AIM casino (AAZ, MEN, BLU are the few I hold).
- I think the quality on ADVFN has gone down significantly in recent years.

Swanvesta makes a good observation and it would not be surprising if PP had a strong link with MEN/ Levine family. How else could you explain some of the insanity that he has been posting here over the last 10+ years?

So we agree not all of Pp postings were MEN and imperial energy related then. It’s no crime to post the most about one share and bear in mind Pp is a verified poster unlike most on here.
On the flip side brasso3 only posts mostly on MEN these days….
Anyway enough on this subject as I’m not sure trying to discredit posters is helpful to the debate.

Best thing Men can do is sell their stake in Atome and disperse it back to shareholders. If they hang onto it all that will happen is that creditors will liqiudate it when the inevitable happens and Men goes bust.

being a happy boyant kind of chap i just priced in failure in parguay

and being left with 20% of atome plus whatever the fk secret sauce is from GHC
and a few million comming in to pay staff for doing fk all as technically there is not a lot to do anything on

atome part current around 47p as pp stated plus any secret sauce

PP, lol, - I honestly forgot that I'd read it. Incredibly enough the share price has more than halved since then and at the pint that I read it...it was already more than half the price at the time of the share consolidation. It feels a bit like me saying, there's lottery draw every week, I know there are only 59 number, now if I can only pick the right 7 numbers. I guess we should have some idea in the next 30-35 days,
