"Assuming a 5% recovery factor, we estimate the unrisked NPV of the Delray prospects is >US$100m (>£8/sh) net to MEN" - Extract from the note, 25 October 2023.

In excess of US$100 million net to MEN, in excess of £8 per share net to MEN, using a lowly 5% recovery factor.

This is for Delray only, not the entire Pirity concession.

Me - How many successful oil wells have gone into production in Paraguay?

ChatGPT - As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Paraguay was not a significant producer of oil, and there were no well-established oil wells in the country. Paraguay is not known for large-scale oil production, and its energy sector has historically focused on other sources, such as hydroelectric power. However, situations can change, and new developments may have occurred since my last update. I recommend checking the latest and most reliable sources for the current status of oil exploration and production in Paraguay.

Good luck, Guys.

PP - I agree with AIE... keep posting, I haven't read the report and will not, I have wasted enough time and energy here so will be happy with your snippets of it. At £8 per share, market cap would be c£82m...This BOD has had 3 times that at least and pi££ed it all away. Here's a sobering thought .... to get back to breakeven, My losses of 93% need to turn into a 1,500% gain from here, so i will gladly rip your hand off for £8.00 per share

Wonder how much debt was converted to equity by PL in the placing.

I didn't realize I had any credibility.

If you all wish me to stop posting on this BB, just say so.

You credibility disappeared many years ago on this BB.

18%.

But the £8 per share did not include the rest of the Pirity Block.

Go read the size of Lapacho and the depth of the shale and level of gas readings at Jacaranda, at which drilling stopped short of the reservoir. High chance of oil below that gas.

"Side wall cores bleeding live oil" I believe was the description at Lapacho.

I don't see CPC Corporation leaving that one in limbo.

Didn't Cavendish put £8 per MEN share on the success case?

Didn't chris cat eventually read the note?

Wow!

A desperate presentation to raise $500k.

We are 30 days away from being at 20p or maybe back to 200p depending on the Paraguay drilling result.

Will MEN move forward into the next round of appraisal activities in Paraguay, as was commented on in yesterday's RNS?

Just shows you how many people and institutions know that MEN is a scam!

I really hope that it will come good, but only for the long term suffering PI's. PL has conned way too much money from people during his reign at MEN.

I do not feel that any of this was by accident and was more by design.

Is this right....to raise c$650k we have wiped c$4m off the market cap? I seem to recall Market Cap was £8.8m prior to yesterdays announcement.
PP - Do you honestly think MEN will see anything close to that potential $40m, also remember we owe PL c$13m on the other side of the interco account. PL was earning c$500k per year from MEN, Nikita was also drawing $100k plus, Rob Shepherd was on c$250k (from memory) all the while they have presided over the absolute destruction of SH value, ran up huge debts against assets that have consistently failed to perform. We are now on a wing and a prayer with an all or nothing shot at Paraguay....with a group of people who have proven, over 15 years plus that they can't get oil out of the ground profitably in an area that has been producing for 50 years. Happy to be corrected if anything I have said is inaccurate
