I mentioned last year it had left the company basically with no assets or income

And to drip in money and decide to do placing such a small amount at such a discount

Who ever sanctioned that should hang there head in shame

This morning's RNS does, quite importantly, state that Aton6 Plc is already revenue generating, and that Dual Fuel Limited and Hyso Limited are close to generating revenue this year.

Which means that when Green House Capital Group Plc is spun out of MEN, it will already have some level of revenue generation. This may have a bearing on valuation at IPO.

There are four salient points re disposal of the former Argentine asset.

1. It rid MEN of US$33.8 million of debt.
2. US$2 million to be paid to MEN in September.
3. US$13 million plus interest to be paid back to MEN from the inter-company loan.
4. 20% of cash flow over five years to be paid to MEN, up to US$25 million.

All the above to be a maximum of US$40 million.

Effectively, including the debt element, a total of US$73.8 million.

Clearly, there is money in it for MEN.

Truly baffling.

At the current 37p per share, the Company's market value is GBP 3.83 million.

Adding in the new shares, at 37p, increases the Company's market value to GBP 4.52 million (12,218,197 total shares in issue as of Friday 8.00am).

The Company's 20.5% holding in Atome is currently valued at GBP 5.78 million, which itself is worth 47.5p per share after taking the new shares into consideration.

Have we actually got a broker's valuation on MEN?

I know Cavendish has put £8.00 per share on success with the current Paraguay oil well, but is there a general broker's valuation anywhere out there?

I’ve sat on my hands for a decade now since we raised £30.7 million for a “Paraguay drilling campaign”.
With hindsight, I can say it has not been a successful investment strategy…

Well,
Not the best day for shareholders, I really didn’t see this coming just before the IPO.
I imagined the raise would come a bit further down the line. Had a long hard think and decided to sit on my hands, didn’t sell any but made a very certain decision not to buy any more either.
Now the raise is done let’s see what gets announced from here.

This company should never have even attempted the Paraguay drill, they are not capable (you have to feel sorry for their partner as they have been suckered in too). It should have been dissolved at the split, wound up and 'shareholders' put out of yheir misery.
