25/1/2024 04:40 | Hardly likely you will see any benefit to men as GHC will see that Pp I mentioned last year it had left the company basically with no assets or income And to drip in money and decide to do placing such a small amount at such a discount Who ever sanctioned that should hang there head in shame | rizzzla
24/1/2024 22:53 | Piperpeter as delusional as ever .. does the Peter at the end have anything to do with the the hot wind that comes out of Levines mouth .. criminal .. | edward3
24/1/2024 22:24 | This morning's RNS does, quite importantly, state that Aton6 Plc is already revenue generating, and that Dual Fuel Limited and Hyso Limited are close to generating revenue this year. Which means that when Green House Capital Group Plc is spun out of MEN, it will already have some level of revenue generation. This may have a bearing on valuation at IPO. Pp. | piperpeter
24/1/2024 21:55 | Chris Cat, I’m in the same sinking boat as you, roughly 92% down. I just hop that he starts to deliver on promises and keeps us informed of any and all progress. Why can’t PL see this? | barony
24/1/2024 21:25 | OfficerDigby. There are four salient points re disposal of the former Argentine asset. 1. It rid MEN of US$33.8 million of debt. 2. US$2 million to be paid to MEN in September. 3. US$13 million plus interest to be paid back to MEN from the inter-company loan. 4. 20% of cash flow over five years to be paid to MEN, up to US$25 million. All the above to be a maximum of US$40 million. Effectively, including the debt element, a total of US$73.8 million. Clearly, there is money in it for MEN. Pp. | piperpeter
24/1/2024 20:55 | So what did sell the Argentine production actually for then?Clearly not any money. | officerdigby
24/1/2024 20:28 | Truly baffling. At the current 37p per share, the Company's market value is GBP 3.83 million. Adding in the new shares, at 37p, increases the Company's market value to GBP 4.52 million (12,218,197 total shares in issue as of Friday 8.00am). The Company's 20.5% holding in Atome is currently valued at GBP 5.78 million, which itself is worth 47.5p per share after taking the new shares into consideration. Have we actually got a broker's valuation on MEN? I know Cavendish has put £8.00 per share on success with the current Paraguay oil well, but is there a general broker's valuation anywhere out there? Pp. | piperpeter
24/1/2024 18:52 | Blimey. What a drop. | bengal1
24/1/2024 18:21 | That discount was ridiculous/criminal. Were there any big sells Monday/Tuesday? Any signs of insider knowledge? | masergt
24/1/2024 17:59 | Big volume today, pity it took a halving of the already low share price to generate it. The lack of liquidity should now stop at a cost to all pre placing holders… | all in eol
24/1/2024 17:39 | Chris, They were pleased to announce the results of the placing. Think they were the only ones from a company and shareholders as of last night point of view. | all in eol
24/1/2024 17:18 | 15 years plus for me and 92% down, Sitting on my hands as it simply isn't worth selling now. | chris cat
24/1/2024 17:11 | I’ve sat on my hands for a decade now since we raised £30.7 million for a “Paraguay drilling campaign”. With hindsight, I can say it has not been a successful investment strategy… | pecuniary
24/1/2024 16:55 | Well, Not the best day for shareholders, I really didn’t see this coming just before the IPO. I imagined the raise would come a bit further down the line. Had a long hard think and decided to sit on my hands, didn’t sell any but made a very certain decision not to buy any more either. Now the raise is done let’s see what gets announced from here. | all in eol
24/1/2024 13:04 | A duster in Paraguay will indeed make this a penny share. | technohead
24/1/2024 09:16 | Shafted and skint! | barony
24/1/2024 08:18 | I really hope you guys are all ok after this shambles of a share. Pl has well and truly shafted all Pi's over many years and should be arrested imo. | investorwil
24/1/2024 08:15 | Any thoughts on who benefits if the company goes under......perhaps the largest debtor?, perhaps crimestoppers was right all along. | chris cat
24/1/2024 08:05 | This company should never have even attempted the Paraguay drill, they are not capable (you have to feel sorry for their partner as they have been suckered in too). It should have been dissolved at the split, wound up and 'shareholders' put out of yheir misery. | wakeland
24/1/2024 07:58 | PL must have know the business was not sustainable without the Argentine/ US production. Why have they not sold some of the stake in ATOME rather than this stupid placing at 35p? | brasso3
24/1/2024 07:54 | What about the so called "secret sauce".Farcical!! | super y
24/1/2024 07:52 | No words!!!! | chris cat
24/1/2024 07:49 | Its been a robbery and we have been left to go down with the ship. | brasso3
