It is all there in the RNS. Who are the only people to have made money from streams in the last 2 years? Certainly not investors.

“Hidden NFT” sales still makes me chortle that pearl of wisdom.

Please specify the Krunch deal as you purport to know it - then we will see if you are correct.

Without you and the other TR1 this company would be pretty much toast. You are placing royalty for outfits like this.

It has been one disaster after another. But at least ME has become almost a millionaire with his krunch sale.

Am I pleased at the share price no, am I pleased with the progress the company has made in building to where they are now....yes.I have always stated I was in it for the end game and nothing has changed, it is now a far far more attractive proposition for a liquidity event in the near future.

Are you pleased with your investment?

Toppy or should I say Systemicbods from LSE ? 372k was net to MOS over 12 months.MOS will sign service agreements with both Bet and Talk and the expected contracted fee arrangements from these agreements for services provided to Bet and Talk are expected to generate substantial revenue for the Company. MOS expects the combined impact of these agreements to get the Company to cash breakeven within 12 months. This has now started and is being billed from December and will rise in the 2nd year.IGS contract finished as it was for a specific reason and time ( there might be another who knows ) I'll leave this with you to put a negative slant on.

The arrogance of Barry is astonishing. Hundreds of thousands £ down and he takes the moral high ground. Unreal.

Oh that's where you are wrong City. It must be you spouting this hidden NFT sales rubbish. Each NFT sold 'HAS TO' to generate to a wallet on Bitso or EFC for example.

This is why Heroes have draws with wallet address as winners. How do I win a prize from a purchased NFT if it does not have a wallet address ?

When you buy via a credit card for example its still 'crypto' as you put it. You will then be transferred to the wallet where the NFT has been placed. It is completed on the chain you absolute moron.

You clearly have no idea of how blockchain purchases work and as a rose tinted TR1 I find that humourless

Mark Epstein, CEO Mobile Streams plc, said:

"It's great to have delivered our first of many NFT launches for Pumas. We are absolutely delighted with the results, the demand was in incredible and we can't wait to deliver more NFT drops very soon. Along with this we have also reached a milestone moment with the launch of our HeroesNFTclub marketplace. Where users can trade the NFTs they purchase from us. This puts us firmly into space of being both an NFT producer and marketplace. We expect this side of the business to grow rapidly and to include both MOS produced and other brand secondary NFTs."

A year later, as usual, absolutely nothing delivered except more money from the company and now a new shiny business idea that will utterly fail like all the others.

Same BS from Esptein. I think folk are wise now to his unfulfilled promises. Mos to go into liquidation before the end of 2024 I would wager!

C'mon Jdave1 if you going to have a pop then at least do some homework - IGS over 12 months was worth £372k - the service contract with Estadio is £1 million, most of which will go onto the bottom line - poor effort that - you invested of just hoping for the company to fail ?

You failed to mention the IGS contract being replaced by £1 million over the next 12 months ( already started ) from Estadio and and with regard to NFT's they literally do none now through Crypto so you wont see them - I would start to do a little more homework if I were you.

I have just listened to the podcast. Massive smoke and mirrors.

NFT sales have halted in the last 6 months even with their big Bitso fanfare.

Bitso sporting NFTs have still sold 8 NFT
EFC iconic moment still 5 sold, that is $50!

So no sales on the latest two Heroes offerings in two months! Not even 1 NFT.

Check opensea and search the collections. It is a real eye opener even for the most rose tinted. How is the discord heroes community doing? Does anyone have the link for it?

The next set of figures without IGS contract will see them struggle to be a going concern.

In view of the risks and potential costs of the revenue share arrangement outlined above, the Directors independent of Krunch have negotiated terms with the Krunch shareholders to enable the Company to secure the systems, software and IP required to continue operating the Streams Data business, and to reduce future costs by terminating the revenue share agreement immediately.

Transaction

As noted above, the Company has reached agreement to acquire a 49% interest in Krunch for £735,000, comprising £500,000 cash and 90,384,615 Ordinary Shares issued at 0.26p each (being the closing market price on 24 March), with an option to acquire the remaining 51% at any time in the next two years for £765,000 in cash or Shares, at Krunch's option. As part of the Transaction, it has been agreed that the revenue share agreement, under which 50% of Streams Data revenues from January 2022 were due to be paid to Krunch, will be terminated immediately. The remainder of the JV agreement, whereby MOS continues to pay Krunch client set up costs and the costs of data clean-up and agreed software development at cost, remains unchanged.

Todays RNS
and £30k from other revenue sources (Streams Bespoke and SaaS, LiveScores and other).

Hahaha! The BoD walked off with £1.5m for Krunchdata that provides zero value for MOS.
