This is now an absolute train wreck. Zero money coming recently from NFT sales. I told people this.

The big contract expired months ago. They did not feel the need to report IGS ending. That was their biggest source of income. They say legacy business declining.

Begs the question where is the revenue coming from short term. The only answer is the private investors pockets.

As I posted here. The IGS contract ended 30/6/23.since then revenue is about zero.

Note 1 to accounts “ For the group to achieve the target forecast and maintain sufficient cash balances to fund working capital, the group's revenue forecasts will need to be achieved. Should the revenue targets not be achieved, the group will require additional funding to enable the group to meet its working capital requirements for the going concern period.”

Looks like foreseeable future aint long.

The six months to 30/6/23 at least will have the last six months of the IGS contract included. Since 1/7/23 even that has disappeared. Revenue in the period from 1/7/23 is just about zero.

The blockchain tells us how many NFT have been sold. Search each of the collections by name on opensea and you will see the demise of sale numbers. It is not hard.

NFT sales started at moderate numbers and have got steadily worse. 5 NFT sold at $10 each is the total sales of the EFC Iconic moments to date. There are 8 separate Iconic moments for sale too. That is a fact. The company can’t spin that or hide any other sales.

Is the company telling you there are hidden sales? It is what they call a rug pull in the crypto space.
