Still no NFT sales as another month slips by. No new drops. Have they admitted this has failed?

They are supposed to be content "King's" and they can not deliver any numbers to the NFT sales or views and interaction on the social media.

The BITSO deal has resulted in the sale of 8 NFT. Worth around $200. If BITSO and their alleged large crypto following can't shift this, will a betting start up with no money be able to?

It is mind boggling to think the CEO is pining his hopes on independently valuing the NFT platform at $30 million. Imagine going on Dragons den with that "hook line".

Duncan Banatyne "How many of these JPEGS have you sold on this state of the art platform in the last 3-4 month"
CEO [Tumbleweed]

It is like a school project start up on the current numbers.

The most obvious future raise line, is the recent constant mention of the Heroes platform being independently valued.

This is going to be blatant spin to pump the share price. How can a simple web platform to buy NFT be worth 30m as the CEO quoted. It is farcical with the fact that not one Heroes NFT has sold in almost 4 months. 4 months let that sink in when the cheapest NFT are 5 and 10 dollars!

What value is in a platform that has no sales in 4 months ?

18/3/21 RNS
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is delighted to announce it has signed a major contract with Quanta Media Group Holdings (QMGH) for the use of its Streams data platform. The deal is worth up to £480,000 over 4 years, with a minimum £10,000 per month for at least a year

Causing huge spike….

25/3/21 RNS
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement to acquire a 49% interest in KrunchData Limited ("Krunch") for £735,000, comprising £500,000 cash and 90,384,615 Ordinary Shares issued at 0.26p each (being the closing market price on 24 March), with an option to acquire the remaining 51% at any time in the next two years for £765,000

Using spike to pay themselves £1.5m. Actually more because they could sell the 0.26p shares forward.

31/3/21 RNS

Quanta is an early stage business which for the period ended 30 September 2020 incurred losses of £155,551 on revenues of £376,851 and as at that date had net assets of £125,829.

No it is not. It was dormant on 28/2/21.

In order to accelerate development of these opportunities and advance Quanta's business plans, Mobile Streams is providing QMGH a Convertible Loan Note of £250,0000 (the "Loan"), with a further £250,000 to be made available subject to achieving various agreed milestones,

So they have no cash and that’s another £500k gone. Who knows who this got paid to? Recycling money.

It is a legal scam. Always was.

Just reads like one big scam. No wonder the company doesn't reply to any emails.

Jdave. Every part of this compsny has been planned by Scoffham and the insiders to extract PI cash.

I pointed out that Quanta Media Group Holdings had been dormant 18 days before the amazing new contract RNS in March 21.
A few days later when MOS paid £1.5m to insiders for Krunchdata I pointed out it had net assets of just £794.
When the first £500k was the loaned to Quanta I pointed out that all this money would be lost.
When Quanta Media Group Holdings filed their accounts a year later they showed a loss of £730kin that year and all the cash gone. I pointed out that the money was lost. MOS only admitted this a year later.
When £200k was given to Scoffham for his percentage of Livescores revenue earned by Quanta I pointed out that this merely reduced a share of revenue that MOS would never get so was doubling up losses.
When £500k was given to two unknown agencies for NFT deals I pointed out that they were, well, unknown snd why pay the upfront for future revenues?
When £500k was advanced for NFT deals I pointed out that this was cash gone. They were happy to accept any cash.
And now the new deal is snother Scoffham deal.
Ever felt you’ve been conned? Hope so.

There have been lots of clues to date highlighting the failure of the NFT venture. The most recent being the departure of Tom Bath, Global Chief Marketing Officer. His role was to develop HeroesNFTClub and make it a success which would result in shareholder value. At least now there are less wages to pay, not that MOS can afford to pay any wages!

Don't forget about all the other failed ventures, Quanta, Gfin, India, Livescores, the list goes on and on. The company is effectively bust without, Scumbag City and RoleyBerk propping it up out of desperation.

Mark when you laugh and cluck about another share ENET and call people criminals. How can you call a person a troll with expletives? When that is what you are doing yourself.

Problem is this share and its massive investment in NFT market has pretty much failed. There has not been an NFT sale in 3 months. The last RNS even mentions 'relaunch'. You will not comment on this giant clue.

99% of NFT projects fail. This one already has if you go on the numbers. There is no community behind it and the social media numbers are dire. Even the introduction of Bitso resulted in 8 sales for less than $200 dollars. That will tell you there is no market for the current Heroes product.

The new change of direction will cost an arm and a leg.

Mark0419, that's your problem. You're not listening to the right people. Instead you've put faith in a BOD that was forced into putting their hands in their pockets because they couldn't secure outside funding. They're now down 35%.The loyal few that helped them out are down 25%.
