If the likes of patt and Green had any real issues rather than just here to cause trouble, they would go direct to the bod and ask them. They have guaranteed to at least provide them with an answer. In reality it is not something they will do as they will lose their ammunition to cause trouble

Or more simply, they have paid £1.5m for the IT Dept of MOS (Tom Gutteridge's laptop).

Not knowing. It’s worse than it seems.

The net value of Krunchdata was £786 at 30/6/21 and that included losses for the first six months to 30/6/21 of around £50k.
The full acquisition RNS of 18/3/22 discloses that Krunchdata has losses of £85k in the full year to 31/12/21. Therefore net value balance sheet will be negative £34k.

PIs have paid £1.5m for a loss making company with no assets and requiring cash support.

It's expert insight like the above which allowed me to at least get out with something.

Krunchdata accounts to 30/6/21 have been filed:

At 30/6/21 it had a balance sheet value of £786. For which MOS PIs have paid £1.5m!

The 25/3/21 acquisition RNS justified it by saying: "The Streams Data business, which comprises the bespoke data insight, intelligence and visualisation service provided under the JV Agreement, achieved first revenues in June 2020, and the Streams SaaS ("Software as a Service") platform generated initial customer revenues in October. As announced on 15 March, it is estimated that the Streams Data business will generate around £15,000 in monthly revenue for March, with revenues expected to increase to an estimated £25,000 per month, an increase of 178% since December, following the contract with Quanta Media Group Holdings announced on 18 March."

Seems very odd. The current assets at 30/6/20 were £98,116 but these had only increased to £107,834 on 30/6/21. These figures that would include debtors as the major part show no sign of any of the "expected" revenue increase.

But as long as the insiders are happy!

25k almost certainly a dump judging by the price action. Forward selling?

Tells you a bit about MM manipulation when we have buys today (admittedly not huge volume) yet share price still drops.Patience will be rewarded here though.

I know ow what you think you're correcting but I don't see where I've made anything up. Do you have the same profit as me? No. Do you have the same average me as me? No. Do you regularly go back to the AGL boards with the same comments demonstrating a slight impatience? Yes. Have I slagged you off for that impatience? No. Do you repeatedly slander and slate the opinions of well researched and time-served investors here? Yes.I ask again, what are you correcting?

Dougy1. I started buying AGL at 40p and my average is almost exactly the same as yours at 77p odd. I am happy to wait as I am holding for the FDA decision and I have around £70k in the share. Please do not just make things up.

MOS steadily dropping as I forecast from 0.55p when you were ramping it to hell despite it pouring money to the open mouths of greedy insiders.
