Cheap - bought 1M at 0.283. The opportunity for this stays the same. Another few more contracts and we will be back above 0.5p in a flash.

Cheap Shares for their mates and Porterhouse. Before a company takes off this always happens. In this case the Directors also joined in because they didn't have large holdings. The interview with Vox was disgusting though, they could have waited till after the RNS. Still looks good going forward though, without this RNS I am sure they would have opened above .5p this morning !!!

They kept giving encouraging announcements and the share price did nothing but drop, it was only when the great announcement arrived, people saw the potential.

The potential remains the same.

I've just read the half year report and recent news and DKE have nowhere the cash to pay for this project.

Well if the average is mid thirties then I might as well add.
It did go up quickly two days in a row because people saw the potential so to be fair they might not have expected it.

Well, that was a most disappointing RNS. Glad I did not increase my initial punt money stake here; it seems that whenever an AIM director states that no cash is needed....a fundraise is shortly on the way!
Good to see some inside buying I guess, although one could be forgiven for feeling that this raise represents a real lifestyle company/mates rates discount IMO.

see a lot of #MOS money going into #DKE this morning.. from £3m market cap and company looking to grow into £100m cap #DKE is about to go orbital imo

Although the plackng was arranged at 0.3p, I didnt like the very bullish interview which sucked in a number of PI's prior to a known placing. Fortunately my buy in price is low enough that its an annoyance rather than getting spiked.

What the procedure take part in the placing, I've only taken part in a placing through Primary bid, so not sure how to go about it?
Haven't decided if I will yet, Ill watch for the next 24 hours, but at 0.25p the company will be valued at £5 mil with £3 mil in cash. If progress continues, that's still very cheap.

IMHO the company needs more cash if it is to get to grow MCAP of 100M+. Directors' remuneration is in shares and they have bought in. This will still multi-bag but not as quickly as hoped. Price will drop on opening no doubt.

only up to the broker option of 80,000,000 shares for existing shareholders. the rest is gone to private buyers. The broker option is a sop. Shameful and shocking (but not surprising). This is a mega-screw over 100%.

It is a tragedy but Parob we can also take part in the placing which is only available to those on the register on the 19th, which is at least something others can't.
The offer closes tomorrow though.
It will have a rough journey share price wise but again a worthy further contract and an average share price might not be too bad.

I think the shares have been forward sold but like parob I'm holding and if it drops will buy more. Best not to panic and let the dust settle.

Hugely disappointing.SP could have reached 1p over the next few weeks and months, then they could have placed at say 0.8p.Well I'm not selling as I do believe this business has a good future, but of course this will dent confidence in the short term.Let's hope these placing shares get churned quickly with news flow over the coming weeks.

Agree with the point that they said they had enough cash but placings are not always a bad move - as I said the other day CLP re-rated and there were several placings which didn’t stop the rise - so I guess it depends on news flow here now..
