It also does not negate the turn around that has happened with the company.
I just think they have been given bad advice.

Well at least we can take part in the placing and I agree with the poster above that it would have been arranged previously.

Was not going to post here again but after seeing that placing wow !

What is worse is the management knew about the 0.25p placing but let pi's pay almost double the price on Friday and said nothing...disgusting !

The ramping here was incredible over the weekend, some of the worst I've ever seen
and now this, makes you wonder. I bet some are in this placing.

Presumably this would have been arranged a few days ago ,, when the price Was 0.25p.
Usually, they do take several days, if not weeks to arrange AFAIK.
But it does look like a massive dilution.

Maaaaateee hahahaha. You can't tell shareholders you don't need to raise any capital and then turn to raising capital shortly after. Confidence is a big key in share price.Watch this one plummet today. It won't return.

30% discount. Hilarious. There was obviously something going on as the fundamentals of MOS just don't support either that's sort of rise or this market cap. Still it gives you the opportunity to identity which of the pump and dump crews are operating on these boards and differentiate the Novum from the porterhouse crews.

My target for top-slicing is 2p (£20m valuation) This is easily attainable.

yep, I work in the property data space and see first hand the urgency to collect dat so yes there is so much going on right now in the data world. it's crazy how valuable data is, especially historical data and MOS have it by the shed loads. Another company i have a large stake in is ORPH, and one of their non core assets is their health data on the back off their own trials going back decades which they are about to launch via a new disease in motion platform to generate ongoing revenue. That could in itself earn them a billion dollar valuation alone. I'm not saying that for MOS but i can certainly see a valuation down the line in the hundreds of millions and as Mark happened to mention in the interview a similar company had a 400mn valuation.

Jambam good post .
I like you could see the potential value here, months ago as a new direction was taken.
However I am not a data scientist so very helpful to have some specific expertise out there!
Thanks for all your posts too parob.

Certainly feels like the the long term holders who have been patient for months and months (whilst watching other stocks rally) are about to be rewarded.

Great to have so many positive posters here. I came on board here when the share price was at the bottom. I watched one of Nigel's videos was so impressed by his vision. MOS could have easily delisted but he saw the huge potential in it's legacy business. As a data scientist myself, I appreciate the value of data and what MOS have to be honest is simply priceless. Takeover will happen sooner than later IMO.

Deal with Quanta is the first of many of that size if not greater. Its quite easy to see how revenue growth can very quickly be significantly increased.I'm personally expecting a great deal news over the next few weeks/months

In the words of Mark EpsteinVery low market cap with massive growth opportunity. Huge newsflow going forwards. Massive pipeline of product and client development.Watch this space and there is no reason why we can't aim for a £400 M market cap.My personal target is £50 M within 12 months.

hsdeo, I mentioned you earlier on the ITX bb :)LW425, funnily enough I said I hope MOS is my next ARB in this tweet last month:hTTps://twitter.com/parob17/status/1362733178683854848?s=21#MOS - Really hoping this could be my next #ARB !!! Tiny MCap of just £2.7M, £1M cash, no debt, Streams SaaS platform rolling out in UK. Chinese launch targeted for March. Break-even targeted for next financial year. Extremely close to turning on the chart from the lows.

I am of the opinion that the board will get offers for the company would think of selling if it reaches 250m mcap. A steal for the large marketing companies moving into AI technology for content delivery.

Agree completely regarding China. The market for MOS in China alone must be worth 10's of Billion's. What MOS can do for a Chinese business is allow them access to Western markets. Our software does all the hard work in minutes, a task that would normally take a day.

The major deal RNS announcements could become an every other day occurrence, due to the INCREDIBLY high level of interest in our product as confirmed by the vox markets interview. I see the share price replicating an ARB type PARABOLIC rise. 2P to 300p. So MOS 0.25P to 37.5p.
