I note members of the Burton family will acquire £60k of the placing shares - so one positive - will hold for news but remember additional shares usually limits future upside whatever company it is - unless the funds generate more profit than otherwise would have happen without the new shares ..

They have kept themselves as a company with cash options.
Marketing and so on cost.
To be fair even without that announcement we all know that after a couple of days shares retrace, it is the name of the game.
Because of perceived strength I decided to stay in even so.

Mind you if you look at this companies chart it is a series of sharp spikes on a downward trend.

What's the most disappointing is why they aren't explicit about what the funding is for and why it is needed now? If they have an acquisition or major roll out planned they should have at least indicated direction in the RNS. Still fuming at BoD but like others will hold for now.

My average price is 0.25, so I will hold for now too, but certainly not going in for anymore, now I know where we stand with the BOD.
Anyway, like others have said, hopefully a lot of positive news flow will give those who got spiked a chance to get their money back before too long, or continue to hold, if they can get past this raise.

Cheap - bought 1M at 0.283. The opportunity for this stays the same. Another few more contracts and we will be back above 0.5p in a flash.

Cheap Shares for their mates and Porterhouse. Before a company takes off this always happens. In this case the Directors also joined in because they didn't have large holdings. The interview with Vox was disgusting though, they could have waited till after the RNS. Still looks good going forward though, without this RNS I am sure they would have opened above .5p this morning !!!

They kept giving encouraging announcements and the share price did nothing but drop, it was only when the great announcement arrived, people saw the potential.

The potential remains the same.

Well if the average is mid thirties then I might as well add.
It did go up quickly two days in a row because people saw the potential so to be fair they might not have expected it.
