Spot on! The company prospect have not changed. If anything, they are slightly better than last Friday as we have more funds.Do not confuse things by thinking this unexpected raise has changed the company. It hasn't.Everyone would change their view in a flash if they tomorrow announced the deal of a lifetime that needed this extra raise to get it over the line

This is the opportunity many would have begged for last Friday. We all know this is going to multi-bag.

Excuse me guys, please if you are not invested in the company; feel free to move on. Enough! Don't deramp the company and cast doubts in its product when you dont understand it. The BOD have done enough damage to the share price as it is, and you cant get in any lower. You are guilty of the same thing you are accusing Hazl of in the opposite way. Go and look for better opportunities elsewhere, if you don't believe in MOS. Stop wasting your time.

Do you wish to take the below back now Hazl when you questioned my research last week and the reasons for not investing?? There is nothing of detailed substance in your reasoning for investing ... in fact I doubt you even know the product at all. hazl18 Mar '21 - 09:17 - 24272 of 24584 0 3 0 Now the people appear that haven't done the proper research. This is like a completely different animal now. MOS has regular, recurring revenue, albeit small. It uses AI. It is in a upcoming sector. It is now addressing an international market. Latest China.

thehitman1 - I don't think hazl put a gun to anyone's head and made people buy. I thought everyone on here was an adult and capable of making their own decisions. He simply states his view. I've stated mine above. what people do is their own choice. If you are buying or selling based on what is said on here, then you are simply a very silly individual who should not be trading. BB's are useful for picking up thoughts and indeed names of companies people think will do well. We then use our ability to do proper research. SIMPLES

IMHO unfortunately this is one of the hazards of investing in AIM. Yes you do get ASOS, NCYT, CLP etc but also you get massive dilutions, share price crashes and suspensions. MOS is looking to grab market share quickly in developing markets and will announce new contracts over the next few weeks and the share price will again shoot up. Just remember that this is AIM so protect your initial capital at all times (topslice etc) so that if things do go belly up big time you can still carry on. GLTA and as always DYOR

Very basic stuff on their website. Ironically I found this little beauty under their blog from 21st March. They really should practice what they preach. "Build Loyalty Repeat customers should be a goal for almost every business. Once a customer makes a purchase you want them to come back for more. Content helps you keep engaged with a customer when they are not looking to buy, so the minute they need to make a purchase you are at the front of their mind as the place to go. "

Greed and lack of integrity have placed a cap of 0.5p on the share price in the short term, with a 330,000,000 warrant on the 14th May 2021 (which is now forgone), and another mountain of 800m warrants to overcome on 24th March 2022. If the BOD is not lining their own or friends and broker's pockets, I wonder what that is - prudence? The market needs to absorb that 1B shares and the warrant holders will be selling into the rise in the short-term, hopefully an institution will help to pick up the shares. This funding has been in the pipeline for a few weeks, which explains the sustained sales of shares despite the optimism from the BOD When is the deadline of the offer of just 10% to the vast majority of investors? The house broker knows what it's doing, it doesn't want you to participate in it. It's deliberate - too little, too late and too short a time span. It's not the right way of doing business in public space. The BOD may feel it's taking advantage of the company and the low share prices, but it's also placing a limit on its potential. This has to stop. I am still a holder in the company. I believe in the products and their huge potentials.

Well the weekend ramps started at £10 mil cap and finished at £400 mil with this being compared as the next Facebook and Twitter. Could you imagine the pump and dumpers faces first thing in the morning knowing if no Rns this would have spiked and they would have dumped for over 0.5p perhaps 0.6p on all that ramping tosh only to see a 0.25p placing..I call it share Karma. Shame for the genuine holders like Knigel though.

Why is no one on here talking about the product that they are producing (other than the obvious that everyone is ramping this to try and make money!)? The product doesn't seem to be that great and can be replicated by others. ..... Discuss!

I've been in for months and plan on staying for the long run unless the story changes, so I'm happy to wait and remain patient. The big error was releasing that podcast on Friday, when it should have gone out following the placing - and they could have explained their reasons for it.

I stand by my views in 23957 and 23960: https://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=12285120&from=23957#firstpost This is a bargepole stock until they sort out the corporate governance. Good luck to all holders.

If there is plentiful news flow as suggested in the podcast, then I'm hopeful that the placing churn won't last for too long.

Just re-read RNS. Bit more positive and happy BoD have agreed to take salaries in shares at 0.25p again this year. Hopefully not too long before those current opportunities they are looking at are finalised.
