Well all in all, its less than £50k's worth between buy and sell, so hardly anything exciting yet, and that includes what I purchased today.

A RNS like todays is as near to a warranty as you will get that shareholders will be well rewarded - when did you last see something as positive as that?

I would not be surprised if we get a string of good news very soon, these things come in three's. :-)

Well, I just got a nice chunk to top up, so there is stock to be bought. I had to pay the full price but now that we have someone else fronting the negotiations, I feel much happier.

There were a couple of sells around mid-day that we are yet to see it seems and once these are visible we might get an idea if the MM have any stock left to sell at under 0.12

Approaching 2 million net bought today. Good volume for MIN but actually that equates to only 0.3%

A bit of newspaper coverage over the weekend wouldn’t surprise me after that appointment, only those in the know appreciate what it means.
Let the traders and unconvinced out, I’m certainly a lot happier with my investment after reading that, I’ve always been confident but there is always that nagging doubt in the back of the mind.
I may even add a few more on any dips as my finances allow.
It will certainly be a better weekend than it was going to be.

I just love to see the sellers at this level after a RNS as positive as I have seen for a long time, from any company.

I will carry on picking more up having added a fair wack already this morning.

Not a big spike, so encouraging, won’t see the day traders piling into this one, see how it goes from next month onwards.

Outstanding news - these sorts of RNS usually take a few days to sink in and the current sellers are only what is to be expected imo.

The serious buying will start once the weak holders are out and then we shall see the bigger traders move in imo. Maybe 2p by next weekend.

Demand for property to stay strong and keep prices high



High inflation and robust demand for Greek property from foreign buyers are seen keeping price growth high in 2022, in the double digits, despite the Ukraine war weighing on broader market conditions, said Giorgos Gavriilidis, CEO of Elxis, a real estate company specializing in holiday homes.

Greece’s property market continued to perform solidly in 2021 as data released by the Bank of Greece on Tuesday showed that apartment prices jumped by 9.1% in the fourth quarter. The figure averaged out at 7.1% for the year.

“We expect prices to keep rising at around 10% in 2022. The cost of construction materials has risen sharply, while the appetite for Greek homes from Europeans remains strong,” said Gavriilidis.

Re 19329....there could be shares in broker type hands which were issued in lieu of fees. A few minutes ago it seemed to be 1.16+ bid for 1mn and 600k offered at 1.24+.

Ooh err missus, they are certainly giving this appointment a push, let’s hope something positive results, wake me up when we are over 2p.

Back from Asia, Springtime in London and warming up in Greece, off to Corfu next month, might see if I can get over to Crete have have a butchers at this land to view the potential, it’s all Greek to me but who doesn’t love some Greek dancing and plate throwing as the evenings get lighter and warmer
