11/3/2022 15:33 | Clocktower Deloittes may well have everything laid out. However for the starting gun to be fired in terms of serious negotiations with third parties ,we are still waiting for key announcements from the board. The Greek Director has been brought in to try and get the Foundation to adjust the contract .If this can be done the project value is greatly enhanced. With his banking connections they are clearly looking to replace Dagg loan finance which is very very expensive. I would agree completely with Microscopes summary. | atlantic57
11/3/2022 14:35 | microscope, I think Deloitte will have everything on the table well before then, allowing the company and its long suffering shareholders to start seeing the rewards that have been clearly set out as being highly likely, bearing in mind the rush to invest in the tourist industry in Greece. | clocktower
11/3/2022 10:37 | No more Russian oligarch money for Greece thank goodness but the Chinese are opening four new hotels ... | nick2412
10/3/2022 14:47 | There must be so many fingers on the buying button, the moment we get a positive RNS. Deloitte must be getting near to completion and just dotting the i's and crossing the t's - which always seems to take a long time, and I guess it is also a judgement call in these turbulent times, as to when to issue a RNS with all the details. | clocktower
09/3/2022 09:22 | Would be a nice upmarket fit. DC | daicaprice

08/3/2022 12:06 | Was wondering what was in the system to be offered .924p for 500k when I checked earlier and there we have it, a 1m delayed buy. Well done whoever, been some canny buying lately. DC | daicaprice
08/3/2022 12:04 | Ok own up who just bought a million shares. | rafboy
07/3/2022 16:14 | Thanks DC :) I probably had too many before the top-up but I just like the set-up now more than ever:- Greek director with a highly respected background, Deloitte heavily involved and a year ago (March '21) *before* the Govt incentives MIN announced there was more interest from developers than ever. There might be a few more shares in issue in the coming months and I'd like to see the loan settled on less onerous terms than last time, but it just looks too cheap at present. One point of interest is that I was aware MIN could potentially access a 10m Euro grant from the Grek Govt for an 'individual plan but more might be available. Any single company can get up to 20m Euro and affiliated partners can get 30m Euro. | nick2412
07/3/2022 15:53 | A quick smash & grab for 1m under 1p is good business in my eyes, well done whoever. DC | daicaprice
07/3/2022 15:31 | Sudden buying interest. | rafboy |
